We are a locally owned, community studio. We are dedicated to honest, true yoga - postures that have been practiced for thousands of years. We believe in the healing power and health benefits of authentic yoga practice. No franchises, no fad workouts. Our core values are kindness, service and family. We take the time to know our students, and they know each other. We are so much more than a place to get your workout. Come and see what we can offer you.
Services
We are not corporate-owned, franchise yoga. We have been here for over 10 years, and we will continue to offer a consistent product designed to sustain optimal health over the span of your life. We do not offer the latest fad class of the moment. Real, authentic yoga has been around for thousands of years.
Please don't bring phones, shoes, gym bags, hand towels, blocks, straps, etc. into the yoga room. We provide space for safe storage of these in the locker room. Bring ONLY your mat, towel and water into the yoga room - this is all you need for a great class!. Classes are 90, 75 or 60 minutes and we try very hard to start right on time.
All of our classes are designed for beginners. From the initial breathing exercise through the entire series, each posture warms muscles and prepares the body for the next posture. Your entire body, inside and out, will be strengthened, stretched, compressed and aligned. After class, you and your body will feel wonderful!
Scroll through these frequently asked questions or click any one on the list below and be taken directly to the answer. Have a question not answered here? Please contact us. Signing up for class online is encouraged to make sure you have a spot in class. Download the "MindBody" App on your phone, and then search for "360 Yoga Charleston."
You'll get in better shape and become more flexible. You'll develop the ability to keep your mind quiet and focused. You'll discover an exercise plan for life; one that keeps your spine, joints and soft tissues strong and moving without pain. And you'll develop a mind awareness of the body which helps you recognize your physical and mental responses to stress.

This place has been so disappointing to me. I’ve been going on an off for years.
Having moved around the world, I’m used to spiritual yoga studios with employees who help feed your soul.
This place, due to the new manager, I feel has become a money hungry location. Regan has been borderline rude as the manager of this location. I will not be going back.

First rate teaching! the instructors know their stuff, clearly, and are completely dedicated to the practice. they are attentive and will push you hard, but will do so with understanding and compassion. this is a rare combination, indeed. when they say they will "take you as you are," they are sincere...not always the case at other studios. this one's the real deal.

Nothing keeps you fitter and healthier than Bikram’s signature sequence of hot yoga poses, and there is no place I would rather practice it than this beautiful studio. The superlative teachers combine encouraging instruction with personal attention to allow both beginners and experienced practitioners to thrive.

I absolutely love this bikram studio. It’s the cleanest, brightest, and most spacious of any I’ve been into and the staff is warm and welcoming. The heat is steady but not oppressive and there’s an inherent respect that’s felt between all participants - experienced and new - that never causes interference with the practice. Hannah and her practitioners offer a really well-rounded, wonderful experience. I especially love Friday’s music class - all postures with minimal instruction and always a really great, mellow soundtrack to move to. So calming and meditative.

My first experience with Bikram yoga. I love the heat and the structure of the classes. It's the same 26 postures/shapes each time and I find it a great meditative practice as I learn more and ease into the flow. It is also an incredible workout - almost no where have I been as challenged physically, or felt as good afterwards. The studio is clean and well laid out, and the instructors, staff, and community friendly and helpful.

If there were ever a place deserving of a Yelp update, it's Bikram Yoga Charleston. It began as an impulse Groupon purchase, and it has evolved into a way of life.
I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about this studio, the owner Hannah, and all of the other instructors. Everyone is fantastic. The studio is always clean and has all of the necessary amenities you'd expect of a boutique fitness spot - lockers, clean showers, spacious studio, convenient class times, the works.
As for Bikram itself, holy sh*t it changed my life. After 35 years of long distance running, spinning

Very sweet welcoming staff and owner, beautiful community of teachers. Clean studio, very spacious (I’ve never felt crowded). The classes are amazing. I feel so great after class, I feel all my stress melt away with the sweat. Oh yeah! it’s pretty hot in class too 😅 but if you listen to your body and the breath cues you should be fine. What are you waiting for? Go check this studio out!

I used to do Bikram Yoga in my 20’s , and thoroughly enjoyed the workout, and the strong attempts to clear my mind.
I am now in my 40’s and have recently added the program back into my life , while always a runner , the stretching and strengthing is very helpful.
Everyone has been kind and welcoming!
Thank you

Bikram Yoga of Charleston
When I am happy
I go to Bikram Yoga.
When I am unhappy
I go to Bikram Yoga
Because it will make me happy.
When my body is fit
I go to Bikram Yoga
And enjoy stretching and bending
As far as I can.
When my body aches
I go to Bikram Yoga
Because it alleviates or dissolves all pain
From headaches, back pain, to digestive issues,
Just to name a few.
When I feel joyful
I go to Bikram Yoga
And share a few words with someone who just seems to need them.
When I feel sad or lonely
I go to Bikram Yoga
Because there is always a teacher or a student with a warm smile or a few caring

I went to Bikram Yoga in Mount Pleasant for the first time today. That being said I was extremely disappointed in the woman with dark hair working behind the desk. I never ended up actually taking the class because she turned me away.
When I first arrived she was nonstop and quite rudely chatting with another woman while I stood in front of her desk for at least five minutes. When she finally got to me (as it was my first time I was nervous and I had some questions) she was extremely snarky. Almost to the point where she thought I didn't 'belong' in her studio... at least thats

Great amenities and staff to keep you feeling welcomed and your belonging safe! It was my first time at bikram and first time in a long time doing yoga...but the staff/instructors reassured me to listen to my body and do my best. It's a judgement free zone which is reassuring for someone like me.
DON'T be intimated...BE CONFIDENT!

I practice at this studio every time I visit my folks for the holidays. I practice all across the country and this place is my favorite.
Why? Because of the 5 Wows.
1. Great schedule
2. Clean locker room with locks provided and clean showers.
3. The studio has always been great and this year they have a new floor... this may be the best smelling Bikram studio ever now that they have the new floor.
4. Wet hand towels with scent of eucalyptus provided after class. Cooling, refreshing and soothing.
5. Visitors special. During the holidays they offer a special package that is a fair price

I practiced Bikram yoga with Bikram Charleston for three years and it was the greatest three years of exercise I've had. The new owner Hannah is the very best thing that could have happened for Bikram practitioners. Unfortunately, losing the downtown location made it impossible for me to keep practicing with them.
Bikram is challenging and dynamic; the repeated poses and the instructors' guidance help you perfect each pose and develop a practice that can change your life and your body. The heat is just a tool, not a hindrance; ignore it, and eventually you'll learn to love it. I

I love hot yoga and there are a lot of great studios in the southeast. This one has great teachers and a really cool space (downtown location is the only one I've been to). The new bikram studio in Durhan NC is a beautiful modern interior but this is more like the really cool downtown spaces in DuPont Circle Washington DC or the Charlottesville Studio... Funky cool spaces with a good vibe from the students.

Let me begin with a little background information. I naturally have more flexibility than strength; I took my first yoga class during my college years (Ashtanga style) and have been a fan of many different types of yoga over the past 10-15 years. I was a member at a local gym that offered a great deal of yoga classes and I found I was always drawn to the "hot" classes: hot power yoga and hot "Bikram" yoga. The latter becoming my absolute favorite, but being that the gym was not a Bikram gym only offered three classes the entire week. I quickly realized the amount of classes

I've only ever been to the MP studio. There's definitely pro's and cons. I have to admit that when my boyfriend and I first came to this studio we did not like it all. We did the first week for $25 and came maybe 4 or 5 times. Every time we had the same instructor, and she was practically a drill sergeant. She had her "script" memorized, and by the end of the week we could recite it. It was awful. So we didn't go back until recently. We both had done Bikram in another state and loved it. We decided to give it another shot because we missed the practice and to our surprise

I live in Austin. But I wish I lived in Charleston to visit this studio everyday! I've been to many Bikram studios, and this is by FAR my fave. It's clean, spacious, great ventilation and they bring you ice cold/wet towels at the end of class! Best idea ever and I wish my Austin studios ended class that way! If you live in Charleston and you haven't been here and/or done Bikram, stop by and sweat your bum off.

This place, this practice, these people, have changed my life.
I am relatively young (only 33) and have suffered from extreme neck and back pain for the last 3-4 years. I have probably spent over $3000 on chiropractic care and was going, on average, to the chiro 2 times a week (sometimes 5 times!). After only 2 weeks of Bikram yoga I have been pain and chiro free for 5 months now!!
Bikram yoga is the original hot yoga and I cannot say enough about it! It IS hot, by definition (100 degrees and 50% humidity) so don't go if you don't like to sweat. However, the sweat that comes off you
