My lease is up (thank God) and my reasons for leaving:
- The gutter on the roof of the unit has been broken since we moved in and has not been repaired which floods the sidewalk in front of the building.
- No upgrades have been made to the unit other than the kitchen sink which was replaced when it began to leak.
- The landscape in this community is poorly maintained; the grass area in front of the building is muddy and is indented with tracks from the lawn mower and golf carts. The entire community has the same issue with the grass being planted in muddy ground which is worse to walk around

Maria was super helpful getting us all moved into our new home! She was super sweet and quick to answer all our questions and concerns! Her whole team is awesome!! We are so excited to be living at the Vibe and it puts my mind at ease knowing I have a fantastic management team that will be there to help me if I need it! And the apartments are beautiful! Perfect for me and my boyfriend and our puppy Athena! If you ever are looking for a family safe and animal safe community defiantly check out these apartments!

She had all my paperwork ready on time and i never got put on hold for longer than 10 seconds. she was sweet and cheerful the whole time making me feel like i made right decision moving to Vibe Apartments

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Karen Tenorio! She is the absolute best and does everything her power to help in anyway that she can. The entire time I lived at Vibe, she did everything in her power to help myself and my roommate with any issues I had.

For a bit of background information, I am military and my wife and I have rented from several apartment complexes in our almost 7 years of marriage. This has been by far the worst management we have dealt with. The apartment itself, minus shoddy construction, wasn’t the worst we have lived in. But management and the neighbors made it pretty well unbearable. God forbid you need any help from them, because it’s impossible to get ahold of the manager and the assistant manager can’t handle neighbor issues. The assistant manager even described the manager “as less than attentive.” She told
