Great place to stay. Since the change in management in January 2021 things have really began looking up for this place. At one point there was only one service team member and you would frequently see her here until 8-9 at night trying to address concerns as quickly as she could! I really look forward to seeing what this team can bring in 2022!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Please if you can find somewhere else go there. I spent almost 5 years and it got worse and worse and I genuinely thought it may get better. Horrible management that lack integrity. Lies and broken promises. You will wait months for maintenance and nothing works. I've had no ac multiple times this summer alone. Every summer for 4 years it has to be recharged because they don't want to pay for it to be fixed. I've currently had no dishwasher for over a month. I've needed a new fridge, garbage disposal, there is literally always something that needs repairs. My front

The Office and Management (Village Green) company do NOT return any calls. The only way I could get a return call was to call the Main management phone and act like I was looking for a place to stay. I received a call that same day from a salesperson (I am assuming). He said he was emailing the district supervisor, (who I have left several messages prior), and she has not called.
They enter your unit without prior knowledge. It takes them MONTHS to do any repair. It feels like some discrimination against residents that are older and on section 8 housing.

I have recently moved into Coolidge place townhomes and had a super easy move in thanks to the management, specifically Marcus. Whenever I have a question or concern I get a response promptly and the management truly does anything they can to accommodate my needs! The townhouses themselves are well kept, clean, and updated. I am so happy I signed a lease here and highly recommend living here!

There is no perfect place, but you can always come pretty darn close. The staff here takes their time to help and follow up with me. These 1 star reviews have me scratching my head, I have never felt that Coolidge was a bad place at all and would gladly refer any of my friends or family to live here.

Lived there one summer and had no issues. The kitchen was very small and it was a little run down. Staff was good, but sometimes hard to get in contact with them. Maintenance did a decent job but I never had a major issue that needed fixing. The bathroom water pressure was extremely low. In the one summer I was there I believe the property changed hands between four different management companies.
