Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived, the management here is horrible!! Other than the raised rent prices every other month. There was a leak in our ceiling due to something chewing through a pipe, whenever it was fixed I asked the management to check for mold, they refused and said mold is everywhere!!! shortly after we had giant cockroaches throughout the apartment!!! Thank God our lease short after.
Second, I had a trailer for my truck and they had told me that I could park in a designated spot! They switched management once again and then the new management proceeded to back charge

I have lived at this property for 7 years and enjoyed every day of my stay. The leasing office staff is very co-operative and will go the extra mile to take care of your requests. In particular I would like to call out Savanah who is very helpful and always has solutions for your problems. Shout out to you Savanah!

I love these apartments. It was the second apartment I checked out when apartment hunting and I didn’t have to check out any other place because I fell in love with the unit, the surrounding area and the homey feel these apartments have. The area is very quiet and all the residents I’ve interacted with have been super sweet. I can for see myself living here for a long time.

The apartment is nice. Hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a fitness center and a package pick up station. The location is perfectly close to the mall and the Woodlands Pavilion and I-45. They also keep the grounds pretty clean. So far no complaints except parking can get a bit tight by my building.

I love my apartment. Not only is it super cute with features like wood floors, plush carpet, fans in each room, but the close proximity to hike and bike trails and market street/Waterway make living here the absolute best bang for your buck. Maintenance is quick to fix any problem. I also love the Amazon locker system. It’s such a cute place and I feel at home here.

The Biltmore is conveniently nestled in The Woodlands just off I-45. The units and amenities are excellent. They tend to the grounds daily and keep them beautiful. There are several common areas in addition to the pools that residents use regularly. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicate regularly -usually regarding upcoming events (i.e. food trucks, available services to make life easier, (cleaning, pet care, etc.)).
The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys the opportunity to be outside. It is family friendly which contributes to the community
