Julie Blease at the Beach Colony is the property manager I have to give her two thumbs up! She is the best property manager any company could possibly have. She’s so assertive and make sure that all the tenants here at the beach colony are taken care of 110%. Without her this place would be upside down! Number 59

Just moved in to this lovely community last week. After searching the whole area of Del Mar, Beach Colony stood out and we kept going back to make sure this would be "our place". Our lease is only for 6 months but we hope to make this our permanent "get away" as we live in the hot desert full time. Everyone from Julie and Oscar have been great. The residents are very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and right across the street from the beach!
