I toured Bella Del Mar earlier today and I loved it! Great location and a beautiful property, Cody was especially helpful despite them not having something available in my time frame I was given many different suggestions on where else I may have luck. Isaac and Cody were great to work with! We didn't end up leasing an apartment from Bella Del Mar due to timing and availability issues, but we were impressed with our interactions with the leasing team every step of the way through the application process. The tour we got from Isaac was great and all follow up communications were informative and proactive.

I just moved in June 23 to Bella apartment homes and I’m loving it! The apartment manager Isaac was professional and courteous answering all my questions and made my move very smooth. Cody the leasing manager was top notch as well. The complex is absolutely beautiful and a two minute drive to the beach, A++++ 100%!

I've lived here for 3 years now and I'm still in LOVE! The property managers, Isaac & Cody are superlative! Issac continued the amazing work of Alexis Mott (who moved to another property) and installed a DOG PARK! It's extremely popular and convenient & my anti-social pups love to go there at night when no one is around. The dog park is peacefully located under a canopy of trees and is truly a meditative spot.

We are moving across the country to Bella Del Mar and have been so impressed by how easy the application and move-in process have been. Isaac Sterman and Cody Kirk have been incredibly helpful with the leasing process, going out of their way to take photos and coordinate with our movers. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The tenants at the property were friendly. Lots of folks had dogs (large and small) - never any issues from a non dog owner perspective. The landscaping was beautiful- and the landscaper was such a nice guy.... Always working and always smiling. The pool was clean and just right. The office staff has turnover, they are nice enough. The interior was clean. The quality of carpet was meh (but I guess I didn't expect it to be super nice). All the maintenance employees were very friendly, efficient, and communicative. We moved here recently and I know I absolutely made the best decision! Starting with the neighborhood and the location… it’s quintessential San Diego beach lifestyle. You’re just down the street from the beach, but still close to major shopping centers just a few miles away. The property is beautiful and you feel like you’re at a resort every time you arrive home. I've lived here for a week now and I am loving it! Every neighbor I have met has been incredibly friendly. The apartment is comfortable and my dog is very happy here. There are quite a few other dogs and everyone has been welcoming. I can't thank Isaac enough for helping me find the perfect location! The surrounding area is great! The grocery store is right next door and the beach is a quick drive. Easy to get on and off the freeway too. Very happy!

If you want to live in a community where you know your neighbor, this is the place for you! I've been really impressed with how well connected the community is to each other. I've lived in a lot of places so this sense of feeling welcome is really important to me. They have nice neighborhood amenities that people truly take advantage of. Additionally, the management team truly cares about their residents and it's close to highway access (key for my wife and I). Love this community!

Gym: tiny (3 elliptical's & 1 weight bench)

Lived in this complex for 18 months. Had not lived in an apt for many years. The apartments are not huge but very functional. The location is excellent. The apt manager and maintenance staff were outstanding and very responsive to our needs. Owned by HG Fenton very professional management. Also neighbors are nice friendly. Many people have dogs but I never hear them. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

We have lived in Bella for about a year and absolutely love it! I love how dog friendly the place is, they even have doggie treats in the office! This is the perfect location, friendly neighbors, And awesome staff that work here! We love Derrick! He's an awesome maintenance man and usually has treats in his pockets for the pups! Bella Del Mar is a pretty place to live. The landscaping is up to date and nicely manicured with a water-friendly design giving the grounds a zen-like vibe. The apartments have been renovated and are spacious (with a huge master bedroom!). The neighbors are very nice and usually stay multiple years creating a unique sense of community at Bella Del Mar. I recently had the pleasure of working with the managers at the leasing office. When I gave them feedback about the noise problem during the day due to the leaf blower and lawn maintenance schedule, they provided an immediate solution to the issue

We lived in a two bedroom unit for a year. Our only reason for leaving was that we needed at least three bedrooms. Both my wife and I really miss living there. The complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Chris and Darek take very good care of everything. Whenever we had any concerns or problems they were addressed immediately. The gardener is always working diligently to keep the grounds beautiful. There is such a sense of community. Marek at the main office was always very friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but a positive experience here at the Bella Del Mar apartments. I moved in almost 2 years ago. The staff here are all very friendly and willing to assist when there are any problems. The grounds are always beautifully manicured. The grounds and maintenance crew are all very helpful and pleasant. Chris has always been available if I had a question or if something needed to be fixed which have all been very minor repairs. It's comforting to have a 24 hour number for him if something comes up. He is very hardworking and I am happy he now resides here with his family since

Had the great pleasure of living in Bella Del Mar and this is one of the hidden secrets in San Diego. The staff is very attentive and Chris and his staff keep the buildings and grounds maintained. This is Melrose Place incarnated. The residents get together for pool parties and regular food truck visits. This is definitely worth the rent. Convenient to local restaurants, shopping, grocery, and can even walk to the water if your up for 30 minute hike through canyon. Can't say enough great things about this place.

The apartments, complex and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, just like it is shown on the website and in the video. The living room and master bedroom in my two-bedroom unit are huge and we love our new wood look laminate floor throughout. The appliances are recent and well maintained and clean. They continually add improvements to the complex too.

The new community manager is clearly not up to Lindsey's standards (the former manager). There is a significant rent escalation (after the first term) and long term rental requirements. Also, this is the epicenter for noise: I-5 to the East, hourly school bells from Del Mar Academy which borders to the North, and the world's loudest leaf blowers every morning. The apartments are showing their age, and regularly leak from the rooftop. The popcorn ceiling (yep, it still exists) is from a few generations prior, and if you live on a lower unit, get used to the sounds of footsteps overhead
