I have been staying at M North for a year now. Recently I moved from a one bed to a two bed. Jesus Prieto really went out of his way to help me out. I was running short of time as I had to vacate the one bed and get approval for the 2 bed in a very short span. Jesus helped out with the approvals and made my move in smooth. He got my mail box and vacate notice sorted out really quick. Qudos to him

I have lived for two years in North Apartments, and it has been very satisfactory, the areas are always well cared for, and about the administration of the condominium, they always enforce the rules of coexistence, the apartments are beautiful and comfortable. And with regard to the staff, they are all very attentive, especially Timberley Rosario who attended us for the move and was always attentive to offer a pleasant and effective attention.

I recently moved to M North and I must say Timberley Rosario made the whole process very easy and efficient. I was super pleased with the service. I noticed, often she would be the only one in the front office and busy with multiple people but she was always polite and courteous in dealing with everyone. Thank you Timberley!!!! M North is hands down the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Office and maintenance has solved every issue that I have had with my apartments from changing my lights for free to fixing any appliance issues I had within a day. I see Maintenance picking up trash daily to keep our community clean. I highly recommend M North if you want to live somewhere where both the office team and maintenance team care about the community!

The Property Manager has No Empathy! The Rent is over Priced here, you will constantly here police & fire truck alarms going off. They charge you unnecessarily fees, $300 late fee for being 1 day late paying rent no exceptions. They don't care about you being sick or situations due to COVID. Charged me $50 garbage fee when I already pay $25 trash fee. They had someone to tow my car twice when I live here and have the sticker on my car to prove I live here that was $150 fee I had to pay. This Apt is clearly out to get you for your money & Nothing else. I would Not recommend no family

Luxury not really cheap material everything fells apparat gate not working all the time they keep charging u money for all kin of stuff for example if u get packages delivered u need to pay a fee I don't even know where to start just don't waist your money! At first when I moved into M north apartments I was very excited to live in such a wonderful community, but within my 1 year of living here I have completely changed my mind. When I first moved in, back in August of 2019, the property was absolutely wonderful and well taken care of under great management. Recently there has been a change in management and It has reflected on the property. Within months this property has gone from great to absolute trash. I moved in August, this apartment is nice and upgraded however this is a very noisy apartment. I live next to the school which is on the right side first building. 3624 Please don't move into this building especially on the back side. The garbage truck comes to the school at 3 or 4 in the morning and it's extremely loud wakes me up. Apt management does nothing about it.Don't move into this building !!!!!

I have been living at M North for over a year and absolutely love it, and would strongly recommend it if you're looking for a new place to call home! After touring and doing extensive research on other apartments in the vicinity, the true quality of these apartments is what sets this community apart from the others. The hardwood flooring is beautiful, there are brand new stainless steel appliances, the island and cabinetry in the kitchen adds for additional storage options, and the units' patios are spacious. The units are also (relatively) brand new, too - the complex opened Fall 2015

I wish I could upload photo to show you how filthy it has become without bugs treatment. The woods are rotten and infested with bugs. It's been months and when I went to ask it's not spray repellant will work you need monthly treatment and I was humiliated by one of their leasing agent by her short fused Tampered. But God is great and as we say in bible forgive those they don't know what they are doing..

So I have lived at M North almost a year now. One of my favorite things about the community is the convenience. You can jump on I-4 within 5 minutes or the 408 within 5 minutes. Millennia Mall is also about 5 minutes away. They keep everyone very engaged in "what's going on" around the complex. My favorite event so far is "Food Truck Friday's". It's super clean and the people here are wonderful. The trainer they have here is free to the residents and she is a really good teacher as well. I would suggest moving to M North to any of my closest friends.
