Bakery Living is the complete package!!!! At Walnut Capital they have thought of amenity to make your life easier. This is my happy place. I love the staff everyone is friendly and helpful with 24 availability. Next door there is park to play tennis, or walk, and lots of restaurants. Social events are scheduled monthly and are so much fun. It’s great to have a place to meet new people.

We love living in Bakery Living Blue! The location is in an up and coming area with several restaurants and activities to choose from. The complex is well maintained, has a state of the art gym facility and provides spacious apartments for the price. Highly recommended!

Worst rental experience hands down. No sound insulation. Neighbors closing cabinets sounds like a stranger in your apartment. My unit had a toddler upstairs and the sudden, unpredictable, wall-shaking thuds 15-20 times a day left me shell shocked. Moved out 2 weeks after lease started, but wasn't let out of the lease. They immediately raised the rent >10% ($3100 -> $3420/mo) so it took 6 months to re-rent. Total cost: $22,512 for a 14 day stay. Boils my blood to think about.

I have lived here just under a year. This apartment complex is absolutely amazing. The staff here are very kind, helpful and responsive. The COVID measures are appropriately strict and responsible. Definitely recommend if you work or study at Pittsburgh.

Best apartment complex in Pittsburgh! The amenities are amazing, staff are friendly, management hosts multiple social events for residents every month (with free food and drink!), and maintenance always responds within 24 hours. Rent is on the pricier end of the market in Pittsburgh, but it's still DIRT CHEAP compared to apartments of similar size and luxury in other cities like New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, or Boston.

Beautiful complex, always clean, the staff is responsive and helpful, highly recommended. My washer broke Sunday, Monday morning someone was there to fix it. Very positive place to live.

My husband and I looked at a lot of similar buildings in the area and this is by far the best. The apartments are really well designed, with far more closet space than we saw in any other building. Everything is always perfectly clean and well maintained. Also, the gym is beautiful and never busy. Great place to live.

I've lived in Bakery Living for a little over 6 months now. Living in either building, you have access to both building's amenities which include a large gym, a smaller gym, indoor pool, movie rooms, conference rooms, a little study nook/library, ping pong table, pool table, two lobbies with couches, and plenty of outdoor space which includes grills. There is also indoor parking.

Other residents are generally friendly and not invasive. It is a wide range of people living here: families / single people. Bakery Living does about 4 resident events a month.

Response time is lacking. Putting

I have lived in Bakery Living Blue for 15 months. Since my time at Bakery is coming to an end, I wanted to make sure that I wrote a review to talk about my experience here. I cannot say enough about Bakery Living. I am a minimalist, so when I was searching for an apartment it was important for me to live in a place with a nice common area, onsite gym, and other amenities. Bakery Living has all of these things and more. Anytime I invite my friends or clients over, they are completely amazed. The facilities here are immaculate and beautifully decorated. I work from home and rarely use my car since

Not pet friendly! "We love our pet residents. Resident agrees to pay a non-refundable pet fee of half of one month's rent for each pet". That is a lot of money that you will never see again. If the rent is $2000 and you have 2 pets, you pay $2000 never to be seen again.

I'm really happy with the apartment and amenities. Greg, Leslie, and management have been very responsive, helpful, and friendly from the beginning, and the other building staff are great. The location is convenient to much of Pittsburgh and there are places to eat and shop within walking distance, as is Shadyside. It's adjacent to Mellon Park as well.

The building is still under construction and appears to be behind schedule which is the reason for four stars instead of five. The staff from management to security to moving help is very helpful and friendly.

At move in, there were issue in the apartment with unfinished items (I moved in on day one). These issues were fixed very quickly. The quality of the apartments is very good as little of the outside construction noise makes it into the apartment.

Finally, the building offers many amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool and grilling areas.
