10/10 would recommend NorthCity6! The community is friendly and I feel safe with the fob entry. I've been a resident for a little over 2 years and I haven't had any issues. The office staff, maintenance team and Apartment Life team make NorthCity6 one of the best places to live in Raleigh. There are events each month so you can feel included in the community. Great amenities including a salt water pool, grilling stations, workout center, yoga room, resident lounge... I could go on and on. I don't see myself moving anytime soon. I love it here!

Of my 12 years in raleigh, I spent the better part of 10 years living at northcity6- yes, a decade! Circumstances changed my living arrangements, but I still feel like it is my home and would move back if the opportunity arises. I’ve met some of my dearest, lifelong friends at NorthCity 6. This place at face value seems amazing, everyone is friendly. The grounds seem well kept. But I don’t think they advertise the elevator malfunctions appropriately. They sell them as a connivence when you are looking at the property. Unfortunately the building we are in seems to always be malfunctioning. Between being inoperable nearly a month, the call box working intermittently or having dog pee in it. You really never rely on it because when you do it’s probably not working.

I lived at NC6 for three years and highly recommend this community. They have the best staff I’ve experienced in apartment living. The maintenance team is responsive, effective and courteous - top notch. The office staff is great too. They’re quick to respond and genuinely value the residents. They aren’t nosey either. There’s a nice mix of residents (families, elderly, young professionals) and community events I actually wanted to attend.
The public spaces are well maintained and clean. The landscaping looks absolutely beautiful year round and isn’t cheaply done. These things showcase

Why do you want to live at NorthCity6? The staff is exceptional and went the extra mile during the pandemic to create a community where we felt connected, safe, and cared for. Not only did they implement excellent safety protocols, they continued with plans to beautify the campus, including a beautiful dog park, walking paths, and landscaping. The location is convenient to city life in Raleigh without feeling congested. Where do I begin. NorthCity 6 has just become our home. We moved here over a year and a half ago and I don't want to live anywhere else. I have never lived in an apartment where the staff are so incredibly friendly AND professional. A maintenance request has never taken longer than a day, and any question you might have about literally anything the leasing agents are always there to help you. I have never felt more taken care of, and can not sing their praises highly enough. Went over to visit a friend and fell in LOVE!!!! Her apartment was sooo nice. A key fob was need to gain access inside of the building. It was and quiet and clean!
The decor in the building was something out of a magazine. They have a workout room with top of the line equipment, multiple lounge areas and computer room with huge tv's!!! I felt like I had stepped into a Peer one store. I recommend anyone to move over there if you are looking for a peaceful, safe and comfortable place to live.

It's been a month since my husband and our 2 small children moved in (from an apartment community across the street, in fact) and it feels like I've finally found a place we can call home. Safe, quiet, spacious, and never even heard our neighbors once. I absolutely love it here and never want to leave. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, location, space, and quality.

I lived at NC6 for almost 5 years and LOVED both of my apartments! The elevator access and attached parking garage were 2 of my favorite features! Neighbors were friendly, office staff and maintenance were easy to work with and I never had any problems with either!
As far as the billing issue that happened earlier this year, ALL of the Greystar properties in the area were affected, it was not due to one person in one office.
Speaking of the office staff, Michele, Lindsey and Suzanne are FABULOUS and will go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. Michele actually won ASSISTANT PROPERTY

I've lived at the North City 6 apartments for nearly 2 years and have been very satisfied with my experience. Whenever you have a maintenance issue or concern the staff is the most prompt, that I have ever experienced, in getting it addressed. The free coffee, that they provide within the club room is good quality and delicious. The staff is also pretty good at trying to form a feeling of community with regular food trucks and arranging various events throughout the year (like interesting brunches and super bowl gatherings).

Great service and location. The office provided snacks in the clubhouse when the roads were bad during the snow last weekend. Also, the maintenance team was outside at 5 in the morning clearing sidewalks for pet owners to get out. Always friendly staff and better than I expected from an apartment community considering my past experiences.

This is a nice apartment complex, have't had too many issues. The only thing I can complain about is the parking garage!! It is very poorly designed. I've had multiple scratches on my car from people hitting my car with their door from the spots being too small. I ruined the side of my car from hitting the concrete columns, but the spots are so small its almost impossible to miss them when you back out. Even though this is the only complaint I have, it will make or break my decision to stay.

The last review I wrote for this place it was only for 1 star. They have improved which is why I wanted to update my review. The clubhouse has been remodeled and they so keep up with the coffee now, thank goodness because that was a selling point.
They are missing the other two stars because they have landscapers using blowers in the common areas at 7:30 pm. My balcony faces one of those areas and I am unable to sit outside read my book because it's so loud. I am unable to watch tv or if I do, I must turn it all the way up to hear it. No absolute way to relax after work. Couldn't they

I really like it here! Great amenities, like the updated fitness center and comfortable club room, resort like pool, and grills in every building. The fitness center is small however, it feels crowded when there are more than 2 people in there, but there is two rooms (a studio and a room with treadmills and such) so there are options! My favorite part is the elevators and the fact that the mailboxes are right next to them. The staff is nice, I asked the maintenance staff to help me hang a heavy mirror so I wouldn't mess up the plaster and he did, as a favor.

So I currently live at NorthCity 6 and have a huge issue with this place. I have lived in about 6 different apartments within the last 6 years or so and have never lived in one with such terrible property manager.
So I had an issue with a water leak in my bedroom that look pretty serious. I notified the property and they sent someone up that day (great). They left a note saying a contractor would be out to take a look. Two weeks go by and I see mold formulating around the wet spots and still do not have any response/update from property management. I call them back and let they know that no update
