Definitely the best apartments we’ve rented from! We stayed for about three years and have nothing but good to say. We’d still be there if we didn’t have to move out of state! Maintenance was always super quick to handle any normal wear and tears and management is super sweet always. We loved heather and Jessica. (: thank you guys so so much for being so awesome!!!!!

We live two year in different building, we have to give a two star because our storage is gone my value stuff and kids clothes what we need, it all gone... i did info that them, and they say they did put a warning paper on storage door but my building is in other side which is we are not notice any because landlord didn't put our name on storage list! even landlord's worker cleaned my storage out without let me know and throw my things away!!! and offered me a $50 off on my rent bills or get me new storage. thats soo bad offer ever i seen, guess what? landlord did admit that im not just one this

Lived there for just under two years and never experienced any major disturbances. Relatively quiet, well-kept property with decent amenities for the price. If we ever had a problem, maintenance was very quick to come take a look. Only complaint would be the water issues, which never seemed to end - water would get shut off for half a day every few weeks or so for repairs. Still, decent price, great management, and an excellent maintenance team.

Village East has been a great place for my family to live. We have been here for just over a year and have had no complaints. The office / maintenance personnel are very nice and always very helpful. The maintenance guys are always quick to handle my work orders and are very polite. The grounds are kept nicely and the complex stays very quiet. I would definitely recommend Village East to others who are looking for apartments!

These apartments are fantastic. They are quiet for the most part. Of course there are sounds of children playing outside and the occasional dog that won’t stop barking but that is life. If you want complete quiet you’d need a place in the middle of nowhere with no neighbors.
I have moved cross country several times in my adult life and I never had better apartment management than here. They take you very seriously when there are problems and they take care of things quickly and are always courteous.

Talk about the slum lords. This place is the worst. They don't care about the security company that is to keep your vehicles safe. They just let the thieves come and break into your car and steal all of your tires. And when you call them out on it, they day well I can't talk to you anymore you need to call the security company. The apartments are infested with roaches and bed bugs, the maintenance sucks they either don't fix it when you call I the middle of winter to fix your heater or they bring you portable heaters to put around your apartment and then you risk one falling over

THIS COMPLEX GETS CASED BY THIEVES EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT.
I've had my car broken into twice in the last 2 years, and this last time they stole over $300 worth of tools and equipment. Police do nothing, office doesn't give a **** despite charging you a monthly fee for a non-existent "security patrol", and I just had my doormat stolen off my front porch 3 days ago (12/16/2017).
THEFT ASIDE-- utility bills are ridiculous, you can only use two cable providers (one of which gouges the crap out of you for wireless that cuts out twice every hour), but the biggest problem I&apos

I love this place! I just got the new remodeled apartment and everyone is going to love the upgrade to hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and safe. The neighborhood is buzzing with young families. I feel lucky to live in such a great place. Oh...did I mention the beautiful view or the wonderful elementary school right next door.😁
