Live there for three years.. Out the blue they tell me I have to move.. Move out made sure everything was clean and replace and fix.. They still trying charge me for clean up and everything.. Allot of noisy people in the apt...

Currently living here been here living here going on 4 years love it quiet area every now than things happened but quiet neighborhood for families .Unfortuntely I will be moving in a few months want move in townhomes something bigger. I defiantely recommend this place if your new area or arizona

Really quiet almost undetectable because it’s behind a office building they are clean and property is well kept price is worth it

If you want any kind of decent internet do not live here the wiring of these apartments are not up to date. CenturyLink is the only thing provide here and they checked it saying none of the places have been updated since the 70's it seems.

I lived here for three years. I am amazed at the friendliness of the staff and neighbors when i was living here. Had cook outs with lots of other families

This apartment group has been a great home. I have lived here for over four years. In the last year and a half I have had a pair of suspected druggies live here next to me (they were evicted... suprise!) and now... a pair of women that do not respect property or other people. Maybe they will be evicted as well! The whole complex is getting improvements except in their rental lease approval criteria.
