I can't even front. Outside of the price (I've been lucky with rental rates) I literally love this place. Pretty property, great communication from the office...The best maintenance crew in Durham. Ex: I submitted 3 maintenance requests yesterday at 8am... they were completed by my lunch break (I work close).

Legacy at Meridian, love this place. An original in South Point Durham. Floor plans bigger than average. Not to mention a great and awesome office staff which is lead by Erika a super cool, chilled Property Manager and her Service Manager J leading the maintenance staff. A special property tucked away inside Meridian. Love my Pickering floor plan.

Bad manager strikes again we got an email saying they were staining our patios. Fine by me cause my building I still getting painted. Some buildings started in July. Three months no patio and tripping over your outside chairs LMAO

I’ve been living here about 2 weeks, moved from VA. The area is nice, quiet and near a lot of stores/restaurant. So far I have a few complaints: Takes a while to get someone on the phone; no one ever returned my emails. living on the 1st floor sucks! I can here my upstairs neighbors stomping throughout the day/night. Not sure if they have kids but… it’s pretty annoying. But that’s apartment living right? The kitchen is outdated, I guess I got stuck with an apartment that hasn’t been renovated? Doesn’t come with a microwave as shown in the video that was sent

The apartment complex is mostly quiet (sometimes I hear neighbors music late at night - pretty loud at times). Maintenance has always been friendly and helpful which is a plus. Seems that there is a bug problem - but could be because it is summer and there are renovations going on. While it is a safe community and there are great amenities, I do have mixed feelings at this time.

You'll never get packages that we're supposed to be delivered at your door. They get delivered to someone else and you never get it back. You'll spend hours looking for your packages simply to never find them. Emailing management to see how they deal with this got no reply. Also I had my bike under the stairs, well out of anyone's way and I'm pretty sure they stole that to throw away or to sell. there are no bike racks, but what do they care, as long as we pay exorbitant rent.

I have lived at Legacy at Meridian since 2012 as it is a pet friendly quiet community that is affordable and the apartments are spacious with large balconies. No other community compares to Legacy! The community is the staff is friendly and are always willing to assist in times of need. and the residents are friendly people of all ages. The community hosts parties during the summer, Christmas, spring, and is always ensuring to keep the resident happy and engaged. The gym was upgraded with high quality equipment. It takes 5 to 10 minutes tops to get to a Starbucks, Southpoint Mall and 20minutes

I really enjoy this complex because it is extremely well kept up. It is so quiet all the time. I enjoy one of the largest size apartments all by myself and it is beautiful! This area is so isolated with no thru traffic. It's location is right in the middle of everything 'triangle'. The pool is large and beautiful and never closes! Come check it out!
