I give Station A two thumbs up and office staff especially Rose and Kailey a big mile high; high five! My apartment was beautiful and the grounds well maintained. I really loved walking my dog around the lake and spotting various wildlife. I was super happy to call STATION A home for almost two years and was disappointed to leave.

The best leasing experience yet!!! From start to finish. Immediately felt a sense of warmth and welcome from Wendy! She immediately got us taken care of, let us know of our options in our price range, and was open to showing us every single one! My boyfriend came in first and had his own tour, then we both had ours together which I really appreciated. Whenever I asked and called her she answered every question I had under the sun. Whenever I came in to ask a question even after move in, it got taken care of right away. She really sold the experience for us, and I am very happy living here now!

I’ve recently moved to Station A apartment complex at Gateway Park. Other than loving the residential complex, the most interaction I've had so far has been with the most professional staff you'll ever find. Rose and Kailey have help made my transition very smooth. They have answered every question with a solution. They also have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm stable and settled in my apartment. Station A has all the comforts an amenities necessary for needs. Very satisfied!!

Wendy showed my partner and I the property and it was by far the best property we had seen after weeks of looking for a place together. Wendy has also been the best leasing agent from before the move in, through the move in, and everyday so far. I have so many questions and she’s always ready to answer or find the answer for me. She’s got a great personality and she lives on the property so I can trust that she knows the lived experience of a resident, she is one! I’m so glad we moved.

We moved in a little over a month ago. We love living here. Wendy V. was our leasing consultant when we were going through the process. Very friendly and great personality. We loved working with her. When we have a concern she is on top of it and makes sure it gets taken care of . Even after our move in.. we still see her in passing and she always takes a moment to greet us. We definitely made the right choice with this place. The office staff is wonderful . Leasing consulting Kailey G and property manager Tess M are very friendly and pleasant any time I’m passing by the leasing office or if

I’ve been living here for 2 years now the staff in the leasing office has been the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere I’ve lived . In particular , Rose has been phenomenal ‼️ She’s gone above and beyond when ever I’ve had questions & concerns . I had a small work order that needed to be filled & she made it a priority to get it done urgently . Kailey has also been a joy , the absolute sweetest ever & super helpful . I have to admit they're my absolute favorites . I love living here at Station A , it’s been the least stressful apartment complex I’ve ever resided in & I truly thank

I moved into Station A a few months ago and have had no complaints about this community. The amenities are great and the units are new. I love that it's close to the airport too. Wendy in the front office helped my husband and I at move in and during the application process and I must say she is a great communicator and very helpful. If I ever have questions or concerns she responds quickly and is most professional! She and the rest of the staff here are always polite and smiling.
I'm very happy with my decision to move here.

I had the pleasure with living in Station A apartments for a year. The only reason I departed was due to my profession reassigning me to another location or I would still be there. There are so many positives to living there and of course room for improvement. My concern was the security gate...it was broken on several occasions and that was a security concern. Please note, the gate being broken was due to residents hitting it with their vehicle and the staff had to constantly fix it. The staff even had a speed bump installed to make sure residents were slowing down when approaching the gate and

Rose is the worst one there. Horribly unprofessional. Once asked me for free flights because I work with an airline and told me not to tell her manager Kim. Who isn't much better... doesn't know how to run a property. This property is a joke. Turned extremely unsafe in the last year with car break ins every night, and shootings in the area that they won't tell you about. They're lucky they haven't been sued yet... maybe I should be the one to do it for resident endangerment.

A few things, I don't live here, I was looking at an apartment with my friend to see if we would move to a new place.
1: Clearly no one in the front office cares about COVID precautions... All of the people weren't wearing a mask and even when speaking to my friend and I one of them left her mask on her chin the whole time. They only shuffled to put masks on when we looked extra uncomfortable.
2: Rose was extremely condescending to my friend and I the entire time. I felt uncomfortable and insecure while she was speaking. It was a weird and stressful conversation; I was hoping to be welcomed

Ok ok so... it's a nice apartment. Beautiful decor, great amenities blah blah it's all great except for it's going downhill faster than a roller coaster on ice. My neighbors upstairs host a circus nightly, had to call the cops on my neighbors across the hall twice, all of my friends cars have been broken into multiple times, and as mentioned in other reviews, both gates are broken more than not. It's really unfortunate because it has such great potential but the environment is.... horrible. And getting worse. I'm planning to move ASAP and right now I'm not alone,

The apartment complex is trash, the gate is constantly broken, we can't even use the hot tub, they were so late to open up the pool due to Covid, but so quick to close it in September. Don't waste your money on this trash. And instead of trying to do some thing to help with the cost of living due to covid they only took off 50$ for only two months. if I'm paying $2300 a month and you're only taking off 50 bucks off my rent it's not even worth it.

The front gate is constantly broken, as it was when my car was stolen in broad daylight. When looking at the surveillance footage, the manager couldn't tell the difference between a Toyota and a Hyundai, and after she couldn't identify my vehicle, I was offered to go thorough 16 hours of footage in one day before they would update the software and erase it. After my car was found in the area and i spent $1,600 out of pocket on repairs, Paul's Corp which runs this place offered me $500 as a compensation. This symbolic compensation also hinged on me signing a non-disclosure agreement

I wouldn't even give these apartments one star. 0/10 if I could.
When I first inquired about three apartments I was excited to live there. It was a great location from my work, family members and different stores. Not to mention they had offered pretty nice amenities (heated pool). At first, I was the only one on my floor (2nd story studio). It was nice and quiet, then the neighbors came in. I was woken up 2-3 times through the night (I worked day shift and night shift). I could hear upstairs and side to side, if they were having a conversation, you could hear it. Not to mention I have had

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is very deceiving to the naked eye. It looks great on the outside and inside but don't be fooled. The managements sucks and does not care about you or your stuff. Packages are constantly going missing, even when you pay for a locker. They do not care if they go missing and will not try to help. Every floor is fake hard wood so you literally hear every single neighbor around you. Up down and side to side. Unless you are wearing socks, tiptoeing and whispering, you will he heard by your neighbors. It claims to be smoke free environment and we get

I am an apartment lover. I love apartments. This is by far an exceptional apartment. I usually get to know the leasing agents well. With COVID19 it has been hard to do so. However when I do need help a quick email takes care of any problems. I saw other reviews where they said that there are packages on the floor in the mail room. There are. Blame the Amazon drivers who don't place the packages in a locker. This is not the fault of the staff. As far as the security gates. They are usually open during office hours. I see no issue with that. They monitor the property and take care of things. Several

I went to tour a unit. One bed one bath. I was shown the smallest one. It was definitely nice, however the lady who helped me (hispanic, dark hair) seemed very uninterested and came off as doubtful of my ability to afford to live in this neighborhood based off of my age, looks, and skin color. She repeatedly brought up the qualifications and stated multiple times to "be mindful that the income has to be 3 times the rent" when asking for information about a bigger floor plan. I make more than the qualified amounts and would have loved to live in this area but I will not be returning nor

I fell in love with this place! It had EVERYTHING I have ever dreamed about! BUT What I loved about the most was Miss Amber. She really went above and beyond trying to find my perfect apartment. She really made me feel like I was welcome to the community. Something I found rare when I was looking at the other apartments. I was in such a hurry and I might have come off a bit rude. But Amber was so sweet about everything. AND they offer specials to Flight Attendants and air port employees. Thank you, you guys really amazed me today with beautiful buildings and out standing staff members.

We have lived here for about a year now and absolutely adore this community! When we first came to visit, Rose helped us look around and has been such a joy ever since. While there are some issues such as the gate being broken, management is always right on top of it to fix things in a timely manner. Patrick and his maintenance crew are always… super quick and super polite. There is always at least a weeks notice given if maintenance will be coming into your apartment for normal updates. I highly recommend living here! We plan on staying here for a long time!

Very poorly ran neighborhood. Although all of the staff is very nice, there are a few huge issues that need to be dealt with that are ignored. We constantly have problems with people breaking our gates to get in and people who dont live here congregating in our parking lots and pool area. Management has "tried" to enforce rules and even sadly… attempted to have a pool monitor that lasted 2 days. We have complained several times about our neighbors trashing our patio and having zero respect for their neighbors below them and nothing has been done. If you want luxury living, as this place

Update: Station A additionally charges it's residents for utility use in common areas, outdoor lighting, the gym, pool utilities, etc. The overall cost for use of these areas is split between residents (currently paying $32 a month) that obviously cannot be regulated by individual residents unless the community "comes together to lower utility useage" (like that will ever happen).
Although there is no specific clause in the lease regarding residents covering for utility use on the premises, station A continues to threaten residents with reports to creditors and visits from local
