The maintenance at High Ridge apartments (HRA) is very good, fast, accurate, and professional. Very kind and humble approach. I have been renting property for the past 20 years and HRA is the best, I could say in El Paso, Tx. I previously rented at three apparent complex due to be in the Army and it's deployments (2017-21). You put a work order or call and in minutes the maintenance team answered.

I wish I could give 0 ! honestly at first, I said to myself it isn’t that bad. nice to look at for the most part. I been here 3 weeks almost a month and so far i’ve had a leak in the ceiling, window broken, and ac has broken 4 times AND is 100+ degrees outside. they never answer the phone and when they say maintenance is coming, they never do! I honestly say save yourself the trouble. love somewhere else. I really wanna ask for a discount on rent or something the way everything is !

This is the worst place I've ever lived. I have neighbors upstairs who fight non stop to the point of me calling the cops and I've made multiple noise complaints to the complex's manager (5) times and they are still living above me fighting every single day. Another problem Im having is I was promised $788 for rent and some how my monthly payments are 900+. There's constant water shut offs in all of the buildings all the time and there was one time I spent an entire week without hot water. The ladies at the front desk will let the phone ring or place you on hold then hang up

Moved here in the month of September and have had nothing but problems. Oven did not work, the washer machines are consistently out of order and can only be used with quarters so you mine as well use a laundry mat. It’s very frustrating to carry all your clothes to the washing area to see that you have to go make change(not provided). They email us about everything else but can’t update us on this. Water has been unavailable so many times in multiple buildings, threatening residents to fix blinds to avoid fees as if we haven’t already paid deposits on the apartments. $1500 to escape this

Moved in last year and has been an amazing experience. Raul the head of maintenance has always been so friendly and helpful. The response time is short and the fixes are professional and done right. Patty in the office has always been super nice and they are on top of notifying us of any impending issues not under their control. I love my Apartment it is very nice.

Hi, I moved in to these apartments in December 2020. I can’t recall a day where these 3 young ladies have not gone out of their way in helping me make my move easy. They have been attentive young ladies, meeting my needs and doing what they’re supposed to be doing in a professional manner. I am happy I chose these apartments to call my home and I am grateful for the ladies that work in the office, and the maintenance employees they have, since not all places have good hearted people working for them. Wether there are bad reviews or good reviews, I believe we should all be the ones to judge

Jackeline and Jessica have been delightful and very helpful since I moved in last August. Any maintenance issues I've had were resolved in a timely manner. I have even received follow-up phone calls to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that had been done. As for the Dog droppings, that is the residents' fault. Pet owners should take pride in where they reside, whether they are completely content with living here or not!

I love my apartment! It's really big great floor plan and huge closets. The community is super chill and I've never had any issues with any neighbors or such. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the management seems to be overwhelmed. Maintenance can take long, but that's because there's only like 2 workers (and it's a large complex)! The girls in the front office are great! Super nice and always remember me and my family, but again sometimes they don't seem to be on the same page and will give you different answers to the same questions. These apartments are great. I love the new carpet and how spacious the rooms are. I would recommend these apartments for someone who needs more space in their bedroom, closets and living room. They have their own storage unit that comes with the apartment. Which is a steal! I wish i new this before i opened my storage unit lol but now i am saving money monthly. Two thumbs up!!

When I was little my mom move to this apartments and I loved it. I had the perfect view of the big pool on my bedroom and balcony. Now as an adult I moved here in 2019 and still loving it. Staff is awesome, really good costumer services. They answer all my questions when I moved in and made it easy. Any maintenance request they get to it same day depending the situation or in less than a week. I loved it going for almost 3 years highly recommended

I am very satisfied with my moving experience to Ridgemar apartment. The staff are amazing and friendly. I believe it is a testimony to Veronica leadership style, management skills and work ethics. Her staff have a get the job done and top notic customer service attitude. Veronica and Ericka have to be the most professional and dedicated apartment employees that I have encounter in my week and half of apartment searching. Their quick email response and their hospitality in the office is hands-down VIP treatment. I had a few maintenance issue but thier awesome maintenance guy Freddy fix them all

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible. I have never lived in such a disgusting apartment complex before. When we moved in, the door knobs were spray painted with silver paint. The doors in the restroom had mold on the bottom and were only covered up by white paint. Everything in this apartment is 10+ years old. They even paint of the kitchen counters, which feels like very harsh sandpaper. Their reserved parking system, looks like it was put together by a first grader. They also lied to us about this unit having a washer/dryer and told us it didn't have the washer/dryer on our actual
