Just moved into my apartment today and I love it. My home is very bright, modern and comfortable! Plus the kitchen & closet is spacious, and I love the flooring!
The office staff are really nice, patient and welcoming and have been very accommodating to my work schedule.
My neighbors seem nice, and the area looks really well kept. Thank you Vantage Point Staff!

Obsoletely love this apartment complex, my sister lives' here an i always enjoy coming over to her apartment, very quite community always clean on grounds and most of all great spacious apartment . if you plan to get your own place this would be a great community well recommended due to so much space and did i mention walk in close!!!!!!!

We have stayed here almost a year now and we've really enjoyed it. The apartments are spaceous and look great. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is incredible! They come to fix issues within the next day or two and fix things well. We're looking forward to renewing our lease and staying here!

I lived here for 2 years. It was my best apartment renting experience since I moved to TX period! I've rented at 5 other complexes so I have something to compare it to, lol. Love the location, love the staff, competitive rental rates, nice apartments with sunroofs, the neighbors are quiet, the grounds are pretty and the staff takes care of business. If I ever needed to rent an apartment again I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I sighed a lease here in February of 2020 and I have been here every since . The Hispanic ladies in the office are super awesome and always make me feel welcome. Some Hispanic people act weird towards black people but I have never caught that vibe from them.. soo that’s a super A+ . I got super behind on rent during the pandemic and they gave me resources for rent relief grants and I haven’t paid rent since June and it’s mid October... love love love them .. all of office staff will be on my Christmas list . Great place to live overall .. if you are thinking about moving here, just do it

I applied on 8/14/21 to move in Oct 1st, I turned in all requirements and Betty had me back and forth every time I would call to ask if I was approved all she would say was, “I’ll let you know”, “I’m working on your application right now” until Oct 1st when she told me I was denied!!! Very upset with this place! She gave me the option to bring in another application but only gave me ONE HOURRRR, to fill it out and come back with money order which was not enough!

Amazing things to say, Sandra Gonzales was the gal that help us through the process and she was so helpful and making sure me and boyfriend settled in smoothly. We also talked to her other peers and they are great too! We have had a great experience and appreciate their team's positive attitude. We did have electrical problem but the staff moved quickly to help getting the issue solved within day. Thank you Vantage Team!

Wow! I must admit i was skeptical about leasing here at first due to the reviews i was reading but after taking a closer look and a tour, i must say they have came a long way from what the reviews are saying. I RECOMMEND TAKING A TOUR. It all started with the office staff, they were kind and very informative explaining everything in detail. I like how they showed me the unit that i would be moving into and not a model, and it was really nice with the upgrade. Did not see pests or damages yet. I did ask about parking and i like how they have a system and a plan to open more parking. I like how they

Don't do even if you are desperate. I have a client that lives at these apartments and they are terrible they need to be torn down and redone. Before I accepted this client I came through here on an apt hunt and they were all filled. Prayer does work I tell you I prayed and this was not the place for me. From the outside looking in a desperate situation. I was really bummed but let me tell you. It is terrible the one bed apt she lives is small. But the roaches have taken over. Let me tell you. The outside speaks for itself don't just Look drive through I don't know who they hired

Deserves 0 stars. Our lease is up in July and it honestly can't come fast enough. Cockroaches have been an issue from the day we moved in, with our fridge seal being broken and they're been cockroaches in there that we had to get replaced. Even though they come spread they still come back in. I finally found where they are coming from and it's the corners of the ceiling where the wall and the ceiling meet there's a little tiny holes that they come in and out of. I am going on 2 yrs now @ Vantage Point. Love the amenities and people. Every place has it ups and downs. Can't beat the location. I travel a lot and it works for me to be near 2 major interstate highways. It is small enough property to walk around.
The trash system is better. They pick up twice a week and also do valet trash at the front door late at night. Grass is mowed every Monday and kept nice.
Parking is always is issue everywhere you live. No one gets towed here so people park wherever they want.

I called a few weeks ago to look for a 2/2 apt as I'm looking to move to the Dallas area. I'm expecting my first child this summer so I was looking for something within reasonable price that still fancies the modern look of today. I was greeted with LaShaye, and I must say that of all the apartments I looked at she was the most professional of them all. Of course, I had a gazillion questions and I answered them with ease. I love all the new amenities and was surprised of all the changes. Although I went with another property to lease I will certainly recommend this property to anyone

Worst place to live. Trash strewn all over parking lots and never picked up, however, they are quick to have you towed if you do not have sticker or passes so guests can never stay over without being towed
Think they are in cahoots with Longhorn Towing.

Don't ever consider living here. The management staff are incompetent crooks. When I moved in with a friend (after her old roommate left) in August 2014, they were still doing deposits. I know this because I paid a $200 pet fee and a $100 pet deposit. The deposit was never returned to me. And we only got one of our $100 security deposits back even though a security deposit was required of every resident. The reason they gave: they do "administration fees" now, which are non-refundable. I was told that the employee I talked to when I moved in (who conveniently no longer worked there

Unfortunately I moved to this complex a few months ago and it has a nightmare every since. The stafff is great at leasing but as soon as you sign the lease out comes the fangs. Karen (the manager) and Jessica ( the leasing agent) is a rude and the whole staff can use some customer service training, and some additional traing on the software they are using. Im really not sure if they like the job. Maybe they just show up to get a paycheck.
After living there for only 2 weeks, someone broke into my apartment and stole all of my electronics. They even raided my frige. How dreadful.......
