I lived at La Joya Bay Resorts for a year. During that time there were countless issues with the complex and specifically the office staff.
I had several move-in repairs that took months to get fixed. One of the maintenance men suggested I used a stick to prop a broken window up instead of fixing it properly.
When I first moved in, I requested to be notified if the bay front apartments became available in my building. I was assured I would be notified when their leases were up, and given the option to change apartments. My notification was a moving van, and to be told they had “no idea” about

My significant other and I moved here right before Christmas on a work assignment, and were pleasantly suprised! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the maintenance guy who was, by chance, walking out. Office smelt great, they had fresh cookies, coffee and water readily available! We dealt directly with Angela and the manager, Beth. They were both very sweet and answered all the questions we had! Angela even walked us to our apartment home and showed us our parking spot! Our neighbors are really nice, and even invited us over for their cookout! We are excited to create memories here and

My son and I moved here from New Mexico for a new job opportunity. I am more than pleased with the city of Corpus and my new community, La Joya Bay Resort! We attended an pumpkin carving event a few weeks ago put on by the great staff and met some really nice neighbors. In the evenings, a really nice and peaceful; views of the Corpus Christi Bay are beautiful. It feels like home here!

Absolutely loved living at these apartments! The homes are gorgeous and safe. The staff was always very helpful, Beth was always available to help when ever I had anything to talk about especially during the height of COVID. Quiet, yet could still have fun with my little guy! I would recommended these 100%!

I"ve had significant issues with the apartment I was leased. I was not properly moved in correctly and have been having electrical shorts since I moved here. The A/C is not reliable it keeps tripping and the water heater was never turned on properly so at first the water smelled of sulfur. The complex has NO reliable maintenance so if you have problems you are on your own. Working at a hospital I will recommend that ANY of the 3000 employees NOT live here because they insist on breaking their lease contract.

Best move we’ve made! The transition from Missouri was a breeze! All of our questions and concerns were answered by our leasing person and manager! Everyone was very attentive and cared about our concerns! The day a move was a breeze! We have great functions and monthly Yoga! Location, amenities and office staff are amazing! Definitely recommend!

My family and i move in about a week ago and we absolutely love it! The office staff has been so very helpful! We’ve met a couple of our neighbors and have already planned a bbq together. The morning sunrises are absolutely breathtaking! We are excited to use the fitness center and take our kids to play at the playground!!

Great place to stay. The 2 bedroom, master bedroom is fairly large. Able to fit a cal king 2 night stands and dresser. The room didn't seem like it would fit all that furniture, but it did. Raymond the facilities repairmen is excellent. We love the scenery, the pool especially since it has a separate lap pool. We like that we can even fish here as well.
