I have lived at Bexley Park Apartments for well over five years. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, fair, and make you feel welcome and right at home. The maintenance staff are also friendly and responsive; whenever an issue has been raised, they are quick to respond and take care of the situation in a timely manner. The rent is fair and includes amenities, but the location and ambience are what truly set this complex apart from others. Right in the heart of RTP and nearly smack dab in between Raleigh and Durham, it's in a great spot. It's about 15 minutes from the airport

If you don't enjoy airplanes rattling your walls all hours of the night, black mold, flooding, poor air conditioning, paper thin walls/floors and more cockroaches than you know what to do with...seriously...don't move here. I would give 0 stars if I had the option.

Bexley Park is a mid-size apartment community nestled between a quiet greenway and nearby developments. The general appearance of the property is tidy and organized; there are also dedicated green spaces of different sizes dispersed throughout the buildings, providing nice reprieves within walking distance. Worst renting experience with Bexley Park agency ever. Lacks of honesty in managing the property (they delivered old/ damaged floor apt with other issues too but they later claimed their apt was in perfect condition and nitpicked every single little details when I returned the apt and charged $ as much as they could...). Advise to anyone planning to rent is to protect yourself by taking pictures of the apt as details as possible when doing inspection so you have proof to protect yourself later on. Would never refer this apt to anyone ever.

Today I visited and toured Bexley Park apartments with Brandon. I can say with certainty that he gave the best and most informative tour I’ve experience to this day, and we went to multiple showings this week! Brandon is patient and extremely knowledgeable in his field. After going to multiple showings, he made looking for apartments exciting again. He answered every question we had and then some! We arrived from the Midwest December 18, 2020 and were excited about our new apartment with 3 bedrooms and an attached garage. Signed the lease, got the keys (they couldn't find the remote for the garage), and went to check out our new apartment. Found out there was NO GARAGE!!! Back to management - "says on the computer that there is a garage". No, there is not. Lots of back and forth - they did give us another garage located about as block away and reduced the rent (the rate was still higher than what was advertised) Said we could have the next available 3 bed with garage

Very disappointed with our experience at Bexley Park. Maintenance and front office staff are not always friendly or helpful. Maintenance requests are treated as an obvious inconvenience and rarely dealt with properly. And their corporate office doesn't return calls so don't expect help from corporate. Genuinely disappointed.

I've been living in Bexley park since 2013, things haven't been the best, but things haven't been bad either which is why I opted not to write a review for the complex. Today has made me change my mind. I had ordered a package in a friends name because I used a friends Amazon Prime benefits (it is allowed to one other adult) to order a package faster.
After I got off work, I went to I called and inquired about the package because it did not show up in the parcel locker (my email). I happily greeted the man who I talked on the phone with and greeted him with much kindness and friendliness

Terrible apartment complex. Me and my roommate have lived here 3 weeks and are on maintenance ticket 21. The front office staff is nice, but doesn't seem to know how to get their maintenance crew to follow their orders or get them to repair the apartments. We moved into this apartment with electrical issues, a bug infestation, cabinets stuck shut from wet paint done the day before, damages to the windows and screens, and many more issues. As of week 3, we still are opening tickets. This complex has totally underwhelmed us.

Roaches. If you want roaches move here. Apartments are cheaply made and walls are thin the floor will shake when you walk, the roaches will be all over your apartment crawling up through the drain and crawling on your kids while they sleep. Management does not care and will tell you breaking a lease is not an option unless you pay 3 months rent to do so. DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret it.

My boyfriend lived here a few months back, for the first 6 months he lived here, he had a roommate, the roommate moved out 6 months into the lease which made him the sole lease holder of the apartment. Awesome... not so awesome. It specifically says in his lease that( that I have read word for word 3 times) that after your lease term, you go into a month to month contract if a new lease agreement is not signed. It also says that if you break a lease DURING A CONTRACT, that it is a two month notice, which would make since if he broke his lease. He stayed in his apartment up until the end of his

I lived here for a year and thought it was a good experience. Maintenance was always on time and helpful. Apartment staff were friendly. The gym was very nice as well as the wifi lounge with free coffee and tea. The only thing I could complain about is to make sure of the size of your kitchen before signing a lease. When we visited Bexley, we were shown an apartment that had a much bigger kitchen than the one we ended up with.
Warning: There is some plane noise from the airport nearby, but it's not really that loud so we got used to it.

My husband and I are from NJ this is kind of a downgrade from where we come... but I have to say this is a good place for the price. Good customer service and maintenance.
The gym could be better, they need to update their equipment, but it's open 24hrs.
The bussiness or wifi longe could be a bit larger and have more devices.
The loby I belive it is, or comunity lounge is closed after 6 pm, so no going to do anything there after that lol and it's pretty small also that's where they have their leasing office so lol I wouldn't consider reading or doing anything there.

Been staying here for almost 4+ years, and finally decided to move out of this community. Listing all pros and (mostly) cons:
Cons:
1. If your A/C or Heater is broken (which most likely will happen more than once every year) they wont fix it right away (even if its an emergency), but would ask if you could wait for the next day and then take couple of days to fix it. So yeah, if you can stay without AC when its 90 degrees, this is the community to go for.
2. The maintenance guys will leave mess in your apartment, when they come to fix anything. So yeah, make sure you are ready to clean their
