Preserve At Legacy Park

I lived at this complex for 26 months and I have no complaint at all 😀 if your looking for a affordable place to rent. I recommend the legacy park apartment and thanks to Lisa for helping me out

We lived at The Preserve at Legacy park for a 14 month Lease term. It was honestly a very calm and peaceful stay. The office staff was always attentive and fast responding to any of our issues. Maintenance was very quick to turn anything around that we needed. Marnie was awesome and was very great from beginning to end. I would highly recommend these are apartments to anyone looking for a space to call home !

I have lived here for more than 8 years and the truth for our family has been a pleasure living here, we have no complaints about this place, on the contrary if I could give it more than 5 stars I would, we are grateful to all the office staff who always responds to our call and helps us when we need it and the maintenance staff that thanks to them our apartments are always in good condition, thank you for making this place a home for us. ❤️

I truly enjoy living here at The Preserve at Legacy Park. I've been a resident here for going on 3 years. The Staff is Great and has always been kind in spirit.They're very prompt when it comes to needing anything Fixed. Thank you Lisa, Adren, Marnie, Ken and Staff names that I can not remember. So I’ve lived at this apartment for 3 years now. I can say I love it here. This maintenance people are always up early cleaning the apartments and always friendly. I also love that I can call the office and everyone is so kind to me. Especially Lisa, she is always professional and kind. It’s is always a pleasure working with her. She understand the urgency of my needs and she get it done. I never had an issue since living here and for that reason I renew.

I have lived here for 4 months, and it has been great! I had an issue with my AC, and it was fixed very quickly. This is one of the best apartments I could find for the value in Gwinnett county. Quiet community and nice units. I also got a discounted fee when applying for being a teacher, which was a great surprise!

Lived here for over 5 years. Recently moved, but only because I moved out of state...Loved everything about it...Great location...And great staff...They really take care of the property...They came every time I called...

The leasing process was easier than door dash, I consulted with one leasing agent,Lisa,who was extremely helpful,and her information was so concise I never had any questions, The landscaping is top notch,and the large garden tub,and high pressure shower are magnificent, I'm still not sure if I have neighbors, it is extremely Quiet.Best experience so far.

Best community EVER! I never had any issues with bugs or maintenance. They are always very prompt and professional. Everyone in the office is amazing! Such a peaceful and promising place to live.

Mt move back in June was pretty good. The apartmentbis clean and I see no bugs. The front management is great and pleasant. However, I have been in here 2 months and my AC had gone out 4 times. It would continuously run because it was not cooling off the apartment. These cause an increase to my light bill and of course no one could do anything about it. I feel that if there are several tickets submitted for the same issue and you see there's a true issue. Then either give me something on my lights or better yet my rent. My light bill went to $120 bucks from paying $30 the last month. This is totally
