This company is horrible, the do not only screw up the tenants, but they do not pay for their bills on time. I represent a company which provided a repair service for one of their properties more than a YEAR ago, and they have not paid the bill for about $500 till now.

Oakwood used to function. Management has declined. During my time at the Redwood City CA location (2.5 yrs) I have met 4 managers and many other temps. Before moving to this unit I had to beg for a decent cleaning and I ended hiring and paying a service myself because it was disgusting. Most recently the trend is burglaries. Residents' security is the last item in their list of priorities. Management allows burglaries, homeless people to sleep on the internal staircases, and who knows what else. Hiding burglaries and incidents from residents do not help anyone. Not reinforcing security, not

Great building, very clean new. Great parking, bike storage as well as a storage room on your patio and you can buy extra storage if you need it. Very quite you do not hear noise from your neighbors you only hear people sometimes out your front door. There is a great place to walk your dog and the pool and spa are nice. The staff is wonderful including the manager Gabriella, she is very responsive and attentive but that goes for the entire team. I will stay there again if the need ever arises.

I just uploaded new recent pictures of the plants and elevators. When I arrived in October, both of these trees were still alive and healthy... Questions: Aren't people in the office walking by every day and ever looked at these trees? You can't even keep a plant alive - that is ridiculous. And check out the elevators, it's so disgusting they're nasty. We all know the manager lives in the building and always takes the elevator up(with her super giant 200 pounds pitbull). Can't she see it or at least take initiative to clean it?! Yeah, we residents wondered that too. Yuck

Stayed here over a three month period.
The staff was fantastic. They always went above and beyond to help out in any way possible. Very friendly, professional, and through.
The facilities were great. Apartment was comfortable and quiet, gym was always clean, and the pool area is awesome.
Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

I've been a permanent tenant at Oakwood for about 2 months now. I absolutely love it! As a single female I feel very safe. There is always someone tidying up and keeping the property in pristine shape. (Javier keeps the pool area amazingly beautiful). The rental and move in process were made incredibly easy by Wienda and Veronica in the office. The building is so much quieter than I imagined it to be. I looked at many nearby properties before renting here and I feel like I got the most for my money.

This use to be amazing apartment complex managed very well but all of the previous employees have left and the current employees are worst. They don't help you especially the office staff and they have ton of attitude. They don't treat people equally or don't know how to be hospitable. Also very expensive rents. Neighborhood is not great either with lot of crime around. You guys will have find much better options in Redwood City downtown for lesser price.
