My wife and I have loved our place, which is a three level two bedroom unit, with two car, tandem garage. The location i. I currently live here and love it! My unit is a townhome, has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a kitchen island, large floor to ceiling windows, and has a full 2 car attached garage!

I loved staying here! When I first moved to Washington back in 2013 I was lucky enough to stay here! Within walking distance to the grocery store as well as multiple restaurants, a fantastic pet store and many other great things to do! It also is a few blocks from where the planes take off and I loved watching them fly by during the nice summer days while relaxing out on the nice deck! Neighbors were all insanely nice and respectful as well and ya gotta love that! When I head back to the west side of the state I'll most likely be swinging in once again!

If quality maintenance is high up on your must have's list in your apartment search, than look no further because Josh, Bella Terra's maintenance manager, has you covered. In my time here, I've had 3 separate experiences where I've needed to call in for help. The first time was for a couple of exposed carpet spikes, I had called and the manager previous to Josh had come to fix it. All was well but after a couple of weeks, the carpet manage to revert to a position where the spikes were exposed again. While not that big of an issue, I was getting tired of having to tell guest to avoid a specific

We have lived @ Bella Terra going on our 5th year. I can honestly tell you that Bella Terra is the best apartment community in Mukilteo. We love our unit from the granite counter tops or all the windows through out. Our unit size is perfect for us. From when we 1st walked in the doors to current Meg in the office has always helped with any issue. We have had less then 5 maintenance issues but when we have them maintenance has responded quickly. We are very happy living here and only hope when we move out it’s to home ownership.

I have lived at Bella Terra Apartments for over 4 years. In my time here, the staff has been extremely thoughtful, friendly, and very attentive! There has been the rare occasion where something needs fixing, and they are immediately on it. The amenities are nice and well maintained, and the grounds are well kept. It's close to the shopping centers, and easy freeway access. But, more importantly it is a safe place to raise your family, and entertain your friends! Can't get much better than that!

After calling Bella Terra my home for almost 2 years, it's time to say goodbye. This apartment has been great, especially if you like a nice wide and open floor plan with a kitchen island big enough to sleep on, although I don't recommend it. The local businesses and restaurants are quaint and quiet, perfectly nestled into the community. The pool, spa, sauna, and grounds are all well kept by Mr. Neil Diamond and Moses, for all your handyman needs. Meg sits at the front desk and always greets you with a smile.
