I rent a unit in Petersburg Square online and I got surprised how that easy! All process smooth and all online. I never have take a visit, just rent online. Never physically to the location before. But when I got here, all are perfect, all features exist as describes. Shanissa from management helped me a lot on my moving. What I can say is this complex is a great place, supported by excellent customer services. My work location just a mile away from my place.

Let me start by saying, these are nice looking apartments on the outside, and the inside is okay (nothing spectacular). I’ve been here almost 2 months and it has been horrible!! My downstairs neighbors bump so much and so loudly that my floors vibrate. I don’t know what they do but they are forever bumping, banging, and slamming doors. Then the walls are thin, their kids are constantly yelling and crying and you can hear everything. There’s also a plumbing problem. Every time they turn their water on, the pipes rumble and make very funny noises. And on top of everything else, they use their

I'm a college student trying to find a place to live while I pursue my degree. My scholarship helps pay for my living expenses, yet somehow me and my roommate were denied our application to an apartment here. Come two weeks I won't have a place to live. Thank you so much for wasting my time and I hope you all enjoy the $50 from my application fee, maybe you can buy yourself something real nice for Christmas.
