Tom Johnson is very good at what he does, loves his job, and I can tell that you takes pride in making sure that all of his residences work orders are taking care of. His service is great! I have lived at Carriage Hill East for about 2.5 years now and it is a great setup: Central air, fiber internet, covered parking, on-site pool, newly renovated clubhouse.

So far our experience has been exceptional here. It is a small and quiet community. Very clean and has a good layout. We really like our unit. The newer carpet is very comfortable and the space has some character to it with the walk around bathroom and master set up.
I can see us really enjoying our time here. The walls seem nice and thick as we have not heard our neighbors. Haven't seen too many children running around compared to where we came from but all in all this is a great community and our kids are loving it. Adriana was amazing at getting us in here with everything going on. Her professionalism

Horrible! Lies lies lies! They will not return your calls and will not give you your money back! We made a deposit then found out what they gave us wasn’t what they said at all and they say they don’t know what happened to our money. DONT DO IT! TOTAL SCAM!!!!

My roommate and I have been living at stoneridge apartments for a year and half now and it has been great. The apartments are nice and pet friendly and it is great location from Eastwood and Okemos shopping! The staff is always responsive and helpful with any issue!

Waste of Time to go view - we set up an appointment 7 days in advance. When we arrived to the first apartment (at 2PM), it was disgustingly dirty and the resident living there was sleeping and swore repeatedly at us, so we didn't see past the front hall. We went to the second viewing for a townhouse and it was a three bedroom. We had asked to see a two bedroom. Apparently they didn't have any two bedrooms available, but instead of telling us this, they just switched the viewing. When we said this wasn't what we were looking for, we were told, "well all apartments would be a different layout anyway

The staff makes the difference. Apart from the wonderful townhouse that we live in, the staff has been incredibly helpful for every issue we have encountered (minimal issues). Maintenance is helpful and friendly. Nick and Kristin are knowledgeable and great at providing quality customer service. The new leasing manager, Marty, has been extremely helpful in our transition from one home to another, and was very responsive of our particular needs. The whole time myself and my roommates are in school, we plan on staying here because of the quality location and staff. Thank you!

I've lived in a lot of apartments over the last 10 years as I have gone through college and grad school, and Carriage Hill East is one of my favorites. Maintenance is quick to respond (our heater stopped in the dead of winter and was back up and running within a few hours), the office staff is helpful when needed, nobody barges in to "show" your apartment or check-up on you, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.
