I moved in a year ago and Eight at East could not be more of a dream come true. We love the space, location, our neighbors & office staff! They are phenomenal and always so helpful. Maintenance is extremely quick and incredibly friendly .The gym is great! I've lived in 2 other conventional complexes around Orlando and EAE has been superior in every category. I recommend this complex to everyone. You will not find better for the location and pricing.

This was the worst experience. I applied online for a 2 bedroom apartment, spoke to a "professional agent" named AJ who sounded like he hated his job. He told me to apply online, stated that the apartment was available Nov 29th then he said the 1st of Dec than he said the 3rd of Dec. When I applied it said to pay $65 for the application fee and a $200 deposit. I called and told him it was sent and that everything was done. He then said he ran my credit and because I have no renters history I had to pay an extra $100 for the deposit and he had no idea that the Admin Fee was not included

We lived at Eight for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there. However, we recently moved out and found ourselves without a security deposit and additional charges for cleaning due to "pet stains" under the carpet (yes they had to rip it up to show any evidence of stains), hard water stains in the shower (thanks Orlando water), etc. BEWARE that when you move out they will not provide a detailed move-out checklist and you need to magically know to request a walk-through of your apartment with a staff member to review any potential issues. I recommend you either never use anything in your apartment

Overall community is clean. Nice amenities but I would not recommend living here. Walls are paper thin. You will not find any peace living here. Terrible loud neighbors all around at any time of the day. You will hear everything from the units all around you to the hallways outside. I’m thankful I have only a few months in my lease. If you value your quiet time or getting a good nights sleep do not live here.

Great apartment complex, I have lived in several communities and this community is far above many others. I wasn't really looking in this area of town, but it is tucked away in a good location, 10 mins from both 408 and 528 to get across most of Orlando. The streets around the community are quiet and away from most traffic. The community is very well-kept, the building exteriors and clubhouse/pool areas are kept very clean and still feel new. Have lived at Eight for two years, we are moving out soon because we're relocating. I will miss this apartment complex, I really enjoyed my time here. The amenities are very nice, the maintenance staff is attentive and have always come in a timely manner. The downsides to this apartment complex is parking, especially if you get home late & guest parking is a pain as well. Also the apartment doesn't come with ceiling fans, which was annoying to have to buy our own. The walls/floors are also very thin, and you can hear the neighbors often. Honestly, recommend this place, specially for the price! The staff is nice, maintenance is quick to response. Dog waste bags available all throughout the neighborhood. Do be aware the walls are thin, but you can expect that from living in an apartment. Luckily we have had awesome neighbors.
I have never had a problem with parking unless we get home after 1AM. We always find parking just got to walk a little. (We have a dog so we are use to walking through out the neighborhood).

This is an update after living here for close to a year. The parking situation is HORRID. There are hardly any parks for residents or guests. The staff is decent and does what they can to accommodate. Walls are thin and you can hear virtually everything from all sides. Find a different community to live in for the price. Waste of money.

The community is beautiful but the staff is horrible and so is parking. They will tow your vehicle even with a parking pass in it. They don't communicate with you at all. It's like talking to a brick wall. The apartment walls are so thin that u can literally hear someone else phone ringing in your bedroom. The water does not get hot enough nor does it stay hot long. The best thing they got going is their maintenance men, who are great at responding to your request. To fix something

We moved here a littler over a month ago and it has been incredible. The staff and maintenance are so helpful and make the transition so easy. Our apartment is beautiful and the complex is so peaceful. You can walk around the whole gated complex and go to the gazebo, community garden, and so much more. I was excited to move here and it has truly surpassed my expectations. We don't plan on moving for a very long time as long as rent does not jack up in price.

As a previous community manager for Eight at East apartments, I can tell you that the owners of this property really, truly take care of it. Prideful of its beauty and amenity spaces, they have painstakingly chosen many of its features and fixtures by hand.

I have nothing but positive reviews about this apartment complex. The staff are VERY attentive and accommodating. Vicky was extremely helpful during the move in process. Did I forget to mention how Luxurious this apartment is?! I can't stress it enough. You get a resort feel everyday. The set up of the apartment is beautiful, from the chef inspired kitchen to the flooring you'll feel right at home. I would encourage you to look past the parking issue everyone has mentioned. Perfect place to move into if you never want to park your car closer than a mile away. Trying to lose weight? Don't worry because you will burn plenty of those unwanted calories walking to and from your car! Make sure you leave an hour early for work because I'll tell you, that walk doesn't take 60 seconds.

This place is amazing. It has improved since I first moved here and I cannot be more grateful to have found a "home." Parking was horrible bc guests would take parking up & some residents here choose not to park in front of their garages because they're inconsiderate. Other than that, the leasing team is always looking to help and have always been such a pleasure in addressing any issues. Some of the newer staff aren't as friendly in assisting (my personal experience) but if you have Miriam or Cris assisting you, you're defintely in great hands. We're considering

Feeling like you live at a resort is satisfying. Location is super convenient to my job (off 528) & my apartment has ample space for a single guy. The gym is my favorite part. The new leasing staff has been putting on some nice get togethers recently too. All in all, has been a great experience for me thus far.

Parking is truly a problem. They will tow you at any given moment even if your vehicle is not disturbing anyone. The community is inconsistent with valet trash. They force you to pay for valet trash but half the time don't pick up your bags. The amenities are shut off earlier than the time they say. The cabinetry is really poor quality and you can tell they were in a rush during construction. Several of my cabinet doors are crooked and one of the drawers completely broke. Bathroom showers do not have a door nor place for a curtain making it difficult to keep the water from getting out. I cannot
