I lived here from 2016-2017, so things might've changed since then. The property manager was Ashley. My experience was overall positive living in one of the non-updated studios. The appliances were newer and so was the carpeting, and the price seemed reasonable. The building is older so there were some maintenance issues, but they took care of them. The staff seemed friendly and were willing to hold packages in the office. One of the downsides was the smell of smoke in the hallways - they told me they were working on becoming smoke free, and thankfully the smell of smoke didn't drift into the unit

A quiet place despite the negative reviews. My boyfriend and I have been living here since December and even in the short amount of time, Elizabeth has been very kind. She is also very accepting of my animals, and that was always a bonus for us when looking for a place to stay. We also have a wonderful view of the Twin Cities Premium Outlets too! I plan to stay here as long as I possibly can.

Regardless of other reviews , I've had a very good experience here so far. Elizabeth is actually a really sweet building manager , and from what I've noticed she tries her best to get to everyone in the complexes needs. Rent everywhere is expensive, and this rent isn't bad compared to many places in Eagan. They don't force cat declawing unlike other buildings, and all togeather everyone has been very kind and helpful. I'm hoping to live here for as long as I can. Definitely recommend if you need a quiet and calming place to live. Beautiful view of the mall as well

Please read the application terms and condition carefully! This is the first time I found a management that will take the security deposit away as liquidated damages to Management's loss of marketing time if you decide not to rent the apartment after your application approved. This is a total scam, be careful!
