Leigh was certified in 2004-2005 through Physical Mind Institute and has been teaching small group Pilates Reformer classes ever since. Absolutely the best workouts I have ever done. I have been doing Leigh’s classes for several years now and I am nearly 70 and have actually gained bone density in the past few years. Leigh’s classes pay attention to all areas of your body so you really get a complete workout. The studio is exceptionally clean and well laid out with the latest equipment. Leigh’s classes are small so she is able to give every student attention and focus on individual needs. Pilates is the highlight of my week and has helped me to maintain a healthy body and spirit. I wish I could give Leigh a 10!

I have been doing Pilates for years and Leigh’s classes are by far my favorite. She is very knowledgeable about proper form, and extremely attentive with her instruction and guidance. Her classes are challenging yet not strenuous. She also includes great variety in her classes so that you are never doing the same routine, even if some movements may be familiar. The Pilates equipment in her studio is all new top of line high quality equipment, including springboards, jump boards, chairs, and also bosu balls, rings, balls, etc. I absolutely love her classes and have never felt better. I love this studio so much!! A year after giving birth to my baby I decided to give Pilates a try, I’ve read about so many benefits online and couldn't resist at least trying it out through Leigh’s intro session. I couldn’t believe how good I felt physically and mentally during my Pilates workout and even after when I left the class. Been taking Pilates with Leigh for 10 years now. Best way to keep in shape, stay strong and flexible. Still to this day it gives you a great workout. Your body is always challenged. Great workout for men, too. I was tired of getting injured doing circuit training and lifting heavy weights after I turned 50. I've been searching for something that would be challenging without the risk of injury and Pilates has been the perfect thing, and this studio is fantastic. Leigh has been training for over a decade and her other instructors show the same level of attention and caring as she does. I'm more often the only male in the class but I've never felt out of place there. Great vibe and a killer workout.

I’ve been going to Pilates with Leigh for more than 3yrs. I love everything about Pilates and appreciate the care and attention Leigh gives each person in the class. This can be a challenge in a group class, but, Leigh truly does “keep an eye on each of us.” She is quick to offer encouragement and an alternative if a move/exercise presents a challenge as you progress. As I am a “senior”, the gentle restorative class is perfect for me. I have definitely strengthened my core and improved my balance with Pilates. I love it and always feel better after attending Leigh’s classes.

She plans well thought out workouts so there is something for everyone. Leigh continues to help me rebuild my strength after getting injured in a car accident a few years ago. My mom has been taking Pilates classes with Leigh for a few years now and she asked me to join her for a class. I was the only new person in the class - which worked to my benefit as Leigh was able to give me special attention and help me throughout. The facilities were very clean and spaced out. This place is amazing. I've never had such a good work out that made my body feel so great afterwards. The combination of strengthening and stretching in each class makes my body feel like I got a massage. I stopped going to the chiropractor once I started working out with Leigh because my core is stengthening and keeping me straighter.
Leigh is a great instructor. She gives individual attention to every person and helps you adjust your reformer machine to meet your needs. And she is so nice and laid back. No gym coach screaming in your face here, but you will get just as strong.

I have been going to her studio for two years now and I love her classes. Every class is different. She always provide different combinations in every class to avoid routine. She a kind and loving teacher. I appreciate her attention to everyones needs such as specifics on what spring each individual should use, exercise modifications for specific clients with injury, providing rolled towels for neck support and many more. I was in town for a long conference and i needed some pilates time, someone referred me to this studio. What a shame, i did not like the class at all. Not only did I not like Leigh but my goodness, she body shamed someone twice! not just once, twice! in the same class! I felt body shamed! Why even bother going if someone (or me!) would get body shamed. I would much rather go somewhere like a 24 Hour Fitness where every body style is welcomed. Shame on you Leigh.

I have been a student of Leigh's for over 3 years. I love this studio and the type of pilates we do with the reformer. Our class is challenging but doable. Leigh is kind and attentive. She always gives alternatives if needed, and is very concerned about her students and their well-being.
