The Pilates Room and Bodies In Motion Studio is a family owned boutique style fitness and event studio located in the Southshore area. Our instructors are highly trained and have numerous certifications to work with different body types and injuries.
We have a fully equipped Pilates studio, a Suspension Room for Aerial Yoga and TRX, and a studio that offers classes that include Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Dance, Circuit Training, Cardio, Adult Ballet, and Meditation.Also offering different events every month for a weekend night out. We offer Private Pilates sessions in a fully equipped studio, Personal Training sessions available in Aerial Yoga, Yoga, TRX, Cardio Barre, Dance, and Meditation.

Pilates Mat: A mat based Pilates Class that utilizes weight training and small props with the goals of improved flexibility, muscle tone, balance, spinal support, low back health, and mind-body awareness.

On top of being the most clean & fully equipped gym I have ever been too, the trainers and staff are always welcoming and friendly! They push you to become the best version of yourself. They’re very knowledgeable in their profession and no limits as time wise since it’s open 24 hours! You have your own space and equipment is in good condition and always available. Recommend this gym to everyone!

I have been doing pilates and yoga for 20 years and found both Kelly and Casey to be great instructors, who listened, observed and guided their work to maximize releasing and opening tight stubborn corners of my body. I felt lighter and free-er, to move with more ease. They are very professional, positive and skilled in their craft. I can’t thank them enough for time well spent with each of them.
