MedPsych Integrated is an outpatient Psychiatry in Raleigh, NC. The office is conveniently located in Brier Creek in North Raleigh. We serve the greater Triangle for Psychiatric Medication Management and Psychiatric Evaluations. Medpsych provides Psychiatric Evaluations for, but not limited to Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Eating Disorders and OCD.

A psychiatric evaluation or psychiatric assessment, is the process of gathering information about a person within a psychiatric service, with the purpose of making a diagnosis.The assessment is the first stage of the treatment process. The psychiatric evaluation will take place during your initial appointment which is a longer appointment to conduct assessments and establish care.

After the initial appointment, patients will return for follow-up appointments to monitor their medications. This is the "medication management, " aspect of psychiatric care. Our providers the effectiveness of medication over a course of time to determine if the treatment meets the patient's goals.

With busy lives and hectic schedules, it is hard to keep up with in-person appointments. We understand that our patients may need an alternate option for conducting med-check appointments. MedPsych Integrated provides TelePsych visits for established patients. Patients who are stable on their medication regimen may take advantage of TelePsych visits.
