Beautiful, clean property & apt interior, great for the price. Staff is always friendly, professional, willing to go above and beyond to help. They are another one of the many reasons I always resign my lease. Love the Southpark area the building is located in, centrally located yet cleaner and more quiet than most downtown areas.

It’s a very nice complex. There were a few small things that my apartment didn’t have, but it’s nitpicking really (I was really hoping for a jacket closet). However, the amenities are very nice, the courtyards are beautiful, and the apartment is the nicest one I’ve ever lived in. Overall pleased with my choice to stay here.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here so far, it’s been unique during COVID but they’ve definitely done their best to keep it safe, and to make up for some of the necessary amenity closures by doing nice activities for residents like free goods at the office. They make you and your pet feel at home, Marissa and the others always show my dog love and give him goodies when we stop by. They’re his favorite!

NOT a resident! However, I live in nearby and contacted them about the negative effect of boarding up their windows. I'll be honest, I was very irritated because it felt like yet another kick to the neighborhood. However, they responded promptly and and professionally and I'm surprised to say, they also were also very quick to remove the plywood as opposed to leaving them up for weeks like some buildings. Assuming they are as responsive to their residents then if was ever in the market to rent, I'd definitely give this place a look.

Mark and I have been living at South Park By Windsor for the last 6 years. Moved 2 within the building. We love it here, walking distance to great restaurants and concerts at the Staples Center. Trea, Nuria and team have been great to us! We suggest this to anyone wanting to live in DTLA.

I wandered in here in the midst of touring multiple buildings in the downtown area and right away their customer service stood out from the other buildings I had visited, some of which were also owned by Windsor. Since moving in there have been many times I've needed help from the office and Nuria has been my go-to, she's so helpful and always follows through. All the girls in leasing have been very accommodating as well, I feel like a valued resident and not a monthly check which is rare in CA. They know me by name/apt/and spoil my pup when we stop by. Downtown can be a interesting place

We recently moved in at the beginning of the year and it's been such a pleasant time. The amenities are clean and the building is super COVID safe! The leasing office and staff are delightful and always willing to help. Also great location! Walking around and running into puppies in the hallways and elevators makes my day.

Lived at South Park for 3 years and couldn't be happier to be out. This place is going downhill and fast. It started out great, staff is wonderful, leasing agents are very nice and friendly and helpful. Nuria the assistant manager is great too. But management will 100% ruin your living experience.
I had issues with water for 3 months, no hot water at all. Other tenants had this too and management did nothing to fix this situation or help rectify. It took weeks of cold showers to get it fixed.
We had not one but TWO break ins and when I called to report the break in the office simply said

I have been living here since last year March. Although I have not been able to enjoy any of the amenities offered here, everything is pretty good here, clean, organized, and very well managed. The leasing office staff are very friendly. Maintenance crew is very responsive and I got a few things fixed inside the apt quickly.

The staff at South Park have been extremely helpful since the very beginning of the leasing process. They have responded graciously to all of my questions and concerns, and have made the effort to be friendly and kind. They made sure to stay in contact with me and follow up on issues and make sure my move-in was smooth. I'm looking forward to the days, post-COVID-19, so I can really enjoy the community's amenities.

My first year living here was amazing as the building was newer, cleaner, and offered great value apartments with amazing closet space. Over the next few years the state of the building began to decay day by day. The front of the building and the staircases smell so strong of urine. There is vandalism, amenities worsened, the pool wasn't heated once, dogs were constantly getting loose and pooping on the carpets, and the garage was getting raided everyday. Eventually, I had my car stolen out of my parking space which is only accessible through use of key fob. When I went to the office for help

This was a really strange self-tour... Other places that I've looked at, I was given clear instructions on how to look around and what amenities are available before I was set off to look around by myself.
South Park by Windsor, I came at the appointment time but I guess they heard me wrong on the phone because they thought I came an hour early. Which happens I understand. The people in the leasing office just told me to goto the "3rd floor!" and pointed at the elevator... I thought maybe there was another office up there

This was such a great place to live, no major issues.
I docked off a few stars as staff took incredibly long to get back to me regarding certain move out forms and requirements. I ended up staying a bit longer and the fees were not corrected until later.
Really hope management resolves this with future guests.
Overall, the place was really well maintained and operated. Every maintenance request was taken care of in 24hrs - very kind and respectful people.
Apartment was just beautiful! Large washer and dryer, great bathrooms. It was very well done and great for older couples and families

Worst management ever. My problem with this place is that non-residents are parked everywhere in illegal fire lanes blocking paying resident parking access and management won't do anything about it. Contacted and complained several times but same answer for over a year now "we are aware and we're looking into the problem".
First of all it is ILLEGAL and I will be reporting this to Firehouse 9 Fire Marshall. It is in violation of CVC 22500.1. The managment has been of aware for over a year.
