I'm moving my whole life to Raleigh after almost a year of planning, which I find stressful. The staff were professional, helpful, and very warm during my process. The property is well cared for. In addition to being upscale and sophisticated, I find it to be cozy. The layouts are spacious for the price and well put together. The neighborhood is lovely and filled with many conveniences.

Just recently moved out of this complex after living here for almost 3 years before temporarily moving to another complex in Raleigh before sadly moving to another state.
The location was amazing, and probably by far the best area to live in if you don’t want to live downtown but do want to live in an area where there is a ton of food, stores, and shopping. It was a very nice area that was demographically diverse however also pretty upscale (for Raleigh).
The staff was always kind, and the property manager Sara is very easy to communicate with and always pleasant to chat with. The maintenance

This place is absolutely amazing! I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful friends I have met while being here. The management of the property is second to none and the entire staff is ultra fast to respond to any and all questions and concerns. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay.

There has been an odor in my apt that is making me sick with signs of toxic mold exposure for over a month. The manager has made very little effort to resolve this issue. The finally had a company come and clean my ductwork which did NOTHING and the company damaged expensive furniture while they were here. The manager will not take any responsibility. Not only is the the most expensive apt I have ever rented, it also had the most incompetent, condescending and inconsiderate manager I have ever met. They don't care about my health nor how the toxins I'm being exposed to might have have lasting permanent

The friendliest staff ever! They go above and beyond by putting on amazing resident events - unlike any other apt complex I have lived in. They truly care about their residents! They also provide a great space for meetings and are always accommodating to last minute reservations of the meeting space.
