We are Wendi and Sara. Since our earliest days as employees for a local Bainbridge bakery we have been creating delicious and beautiful baked goods. Our shared desire to provide customers with rare, seasonally and regionally-inspired delights propelled us towards expanding the selection of handmade pastries and breads available.
Macarons, brioche, lemon meringue tarts, financiers, croquembouche, eclairs, and bagels soon became some of our signature bakes. We discovered that we loved experimenting and surprising customers with new offerings, that we loved the smell of fresh bakes straight from the oven, and most importantly, that we loved baking together!

We finally had time to stop by the bakery today and we WILL be back! It's been years since I've had a good croissant and these did not disappoint. Not to mention my daughter got a macaron (pear & nutmeg) and even though it's not your typical breakfast food it was gone within 2 seconds of leaving! It tasted like fresh pear with a nice crisp top and refreshing nutmeg. We also got some bagels and they were very flavorful.
It is also clearly family owned and operated with 2 kids working the front like pros! I will always recommend this place!

The macarons are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. All the laminated pastry goodies are luscious. The pan au chocolat is sublime with a very good dark chocolate. The cinnamon twists are perfectly sugared and spiced. And the cinnamon roll gently tugs at one's nose.
The best: the proper English sausage roll (with a hint of a Scottish twist:… a bit of beef) is the right size, the right seasoning, the right flakiness (it's that pastry dough), and the right meat mix texture. (Hint to BLMB: ya gotta serve this with a packet of mustard and, if you really want to go full bore -- a pint

What's great addition to this genre!! This will be my new weekend stop for breakfast bagels and croissants. The selection is outstanding and the fresh flavors are out of this world. Haven't tried the pie yet but it won't be long now! If you're craving a great fresh bakery experience this is your new best friend.

I saw this place suggested as a new to our area bakery in a local dining group and HAD to try it. It was so delicious! I legit had to stop myself from moaning while eating a fresh from the oven sausage roll.… Highly recommend this bakery if you’re in or near Poulsbo! We’ve been here (Kitsap) since Summer 2015 and I’ve always been upset that the bakeries people love here aren’t as good as back home. This place is! Even better maybe. They also have bagels which is huge for me. We can’t get good bagels most places here. We didn’t get any today but will be
