I've lived here for about 3 or 4 years now and never had any issues with maintenance. The maintenance crew is respectful, friendly, and outgoing. The previous management crew was great as well, I didn't have any issues with management until recently.
I was sent an email pertaining to the rent, which is the usual case. The rent receipt however stated a completely different number than what the online statement showed. I have overpaid my rent as per I usually do, however the online page stated that I owed less than $100, but the email stated full price. Due to this I was charged late fees that never

I was so ready for apartment hunting to be over as I was getting discouraged, until I met with Jade @ Central Heights. Relocating across country and came out for a couple days to "apartment hunt". Central heights was on our list as a referral from my soon to be co-worker ;) We met with Mrs. Jade at the office and were given the full tour. She was available at the designate time which was a blessing because moving across country is stressful but having multiple meetings lined up time management is crucial.

When I was here the fire alarm went off so many times i can't even count, had laundry stolen, water shut off for maintenance in the middle of the day in summer for hours, had a lot of plumbing issues and was overall kinda run down. Luckily the maintenance crew and staff were really nice and friendly. If I'm correct there seemed to be some renovation going on, but too bad we left before i could see it progress further. It's probably much better now, assuming the renovations are done

The staff are absolutely outstanding! Extremely friendly, very caring, & super helpful! The maintenance crew is fantastic! They know my dog by name & love to say hi to him! No matter who you see stag wise on the property, they always are greeting you with smiling facesāŗļø I called in for my bathtub drain to get fixed & they were there within the hour! I could not believe it! This is one of the best apartments Iāve stayed at in the Colorado Springs area for a very affordable price!

Although myself and my husband run into occasional small problems with living in these apartments, I can tell you right now that having our service requests done in a timely manner is not one of those problems! The maintenance man Richard is always incredibly proactive about each service request we have as well as the various jobs around the property. Such a great guy, so great at his job! Glad we have someone we trust to fix the things that break and go wrong here, thank you Richard!

I lived here for about 6 months in 2019 and enjoyed my time spent here. Surprisingly quiet and safe place to live. The apartments were well maintained and clean, not new appliances or anything fancy but nothing too old or trashed! New carpet when we moved in. Maintenance men were always quick to show up for repairs and were so nice as well. The leasing office staff is kind and helpful, the only reason I'm not giving this place a full 5 stars is that I had to break my lease early and they didn't make it easy, but no apartment complex would make that easy! I would absolutely recommend this place
