We have rented from Tom at Western View for two years now. Hands down, the best landlord we have ever had. Great property, super attentive when there is an issue, and there is almost always a way to reach a person if there is a problem. If every business ran the way Western does, there would be way less problems for renters. Thank you!

No. You charged me for wear and tear charges. Things as a landlord you're supposed to do. All you ever do is ask people to use their renters insurance for repairs to make sure you get your money back. You did annual inspections and never mentioned a thing.. As a landlord you're supposed to replace carpet every 3-7 years and paint. You did none of this and expected me to pay. You charged me for a toilet paper holder that was never there to begin with. I had my dad replace thr washer and dryer. We replaced the garbage disposal. We fixed the front door. Everything you tried to make me use my renters

So, I recently moved out of a town home managed by Western View Management. For the most part, the unit was decent, as I moved in under extreme duress and the price was decent. The community itself is fine.
The initial move in was ok..outside of the fact that they wanted me to pay for days I was not occupying the unit and some issues I asked to be addressed like... holes in doors etc. New carpet was added and it was "cleaned" up after i viewed the property. I paid 100% on time and was pretty accommodating to the many issues including major appliances going out, old pipes backing up etc , heating

Tom, Lynn and everyone in the office are exceptional. They are always available whenever you need them. Tom is very understanding and a God fearing man. If you need a landlord who will be there whenever you are in need, Western View Management is all you need. I wish I can give unlimited stars for how beyond they were, but 5 is the max. I just can't ask for a better management. Thank you all. It was nice and a great experience renting from you.

I write from the viewpoint of an absentee owner. I just recently sold out.
For a dozen years, Western View Management has been my agent for a rental property in Aurora Colorado. Tom Pandorf and his staff have done an excellent job of taking care of the endless complexities that occur with consecutive rental tenants. Things like repairs, water damage ... those hassles are completely invisible to people who are not engaged in the rental business.

I've been renting from Tom and Western View Property Management for 4 years (at the same residence) and have always been pleased with him and Lynn (office staff) regarding their prompt responses to any maintenance issues that have come up; which have been very few. Tom always pre-schedules the yearly home inspections and he most definitely has never shown up without prior notice. Lynn is always available to answer the phones and both are friendly and professional. I do wish they would revise their pet policy though. It would be nice to be able to add a small pet to our family.

Hi and good day. My family and I were recent tenants of Tom and this company. I have to say what great people to rent from!! 😀 At first when we moved into our condo(2016), we did have many issues. But Tom and his crew became on top of everything right away! A year later we did move due to the owner taking her property back. Overall though, we got all our deposit back and Would rent from Tom again and recommend him! Thank you for all you did for me and my family Tom!! 😀

Tom will not return any of your deposit
Edit: The whole transaction referred to below was no less than a scam. First, Tom told the next tenant that I will be moving out on the 10th of the following month and then I was told that the next tenant needs 10 days to move in, so I would have to cover those 10 days. Upon, contacting the next tenant, I learned that we were both being told different stories and confronted Tom. He ultimately admitted that he actually needed the apartment for maintenance. This was then reduced to 7 days as mentioned below. Why in the heck should I pay rent while you are
