I’m really glad that to see so many positive reviews. Mine were not good upon move in a year ago. My apartment was filthy and I was told that there was nothing they could do because the cleaning crew was off. I had to scrub my apartment before moving in. I’ve been asked for documents that have been submitted. Living here is great but I wonder who’s running what. Pool is awesome. Gym is awesome. If I don’t have to talk with management, I’m alright too. RENT is crazy high for an apartment that had black mold in it upon move in. Let’s not forget lease renewal meant much higher rates. But

As we all know looking for the apartment could be a challenge. Sometimes you have to deal with a property managers that are very unprofessional, rude and not very accommodating…
I came across with property manager at Emory point Apartments. Her name is Molly. It was a pleasant experience since she was very accommodating, professional and dedicated. What a difference…

Great apartment community, beautiful outdoor areas and friendly staff, came across a great maintenance guy goes by Derrick, very kind and was willing to help to my problem. He provided excellent customer service and took care of me and my family. I highly recommend this place.

I moved here 3 months ago and I am very pleased with the outstanding service that I constantly receive.I placed a maintenance request this morning about my heat not working. Derrick came and fixed it about 20 minutes later! Talk about fast!!!! This place continues to make me feel like a valuable resident! Thank you Derrick and thank you Emory Point staff!

Having lived at a variety of properties over the years and dealing with some difficult managers, I must say Molly really makes my experience here a treat. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating which is so helpful in such a stressful climate we’re living in. Small details make such a big difference and I can really appreciate the way the staff cares.

Janice Reed was my leading agent and she was very organized and helped me with my lease. It was easy to set up and after some paperwork I was able to get my amazing apartment. The community is nice and busy with great amenities. The shops and restaurants around the area are a great bonus too.

Warning! These people will lie and say you didn’t sign the move in form when your lease is up so they won’t give you your security deposit back and will come up with erroneous fees! I am currently working on a case against them regarding this along with other previous tenants. They run a shady business and are VERY unresponsive. The so called “business manager” is never physically in the office… I wonder why. I contacted her several times regarding this issue and she said she would call me but never did. Again, shady business! The parking gate has never worked since I’ve lived here

I have been doing service work on the trash chutes at this property for years. This is such a nice property!!! Tons of stuff around and they take care of their buildings! Derrick Brown is one of the best maintenance guys that I have the pleasure of working with. Very very nice people and great property!

This is a great community to live in. Shaun has always been over and beyond with his services. I really appreciate him!

The leasing office is SO HELPFUL!!! Any problem I’ve run into they have helped me at the drop of a hat and have always gotten it sorted right away. Any other office I’ve dealt with when there were issues or delays it always took an extended time to really get any problems fixed. There was an issue with my lease resigning as well as the payment… portal and they helped me get it figured out and I have no worries with my rent increasing for not getting my lease signed on time. Highly recommend this amazing team and this awesome apartment! Hoping I’m going to be working nearby

Do yourself a favor and stay sheer clear of this community. It's one of the most worst experience of my life and honestly I cannot find ONE good word for this management and apt. Last night the fire alarm went off. The maintenance is unable to turn it off FOR AN ENTIRE FRICKING NIGHT. So of course I didn't sleep all night. And when I call the security, lmao the security dared to tell me - what's why I bought a house instead of living in an apt. So what are we apt shaming now? not only does itself not provide service for the residents, it shames them for living here on top of wasting

This is by far the worst place you can choose. You'll be swayed by the proximity to the CDC and Emory and yes, the finishes are nice but your quality of life will suffer. To say the walls are paper thin is being generous. If you have problem neighbors you will be left with many, many sleepless nights. Trash will pile up in front of trash chutes with staff unwilling to do anything unless you complain. You will never, ever get your packages delivered correctly. Lol they created a new Yelp page because the reviews were so bad in the previous one (which you can see here https://yelp.to/wNOcMHkVUbb). Last night my neighbors' apartment ceiling broke off and completely flooded everything, they lost all of their possessions, the fire department had to come. The water flooded the floors below as well. When the fire department and multiple residents tried to reach out to management/maintenance, no one was there to support or at least turn off the fire alarms for a long time. Today, with no notice, the water system has been completely shut off. Do yourself

Leasing office is not responsive at all. Maintenance is extremely slow after change of management.

Cons: 1. The printer at the club lounge in Overlook has not been working since I moved in. I talked to the staff about this like multiple times and they promised to contact IT people, but it's been a while and the printer's still not fixed. I don't see why it's taking so long. You can just simply reconnect the printer to the desktops with the… administrator's access.... 2. The two Macs (Overlook again) look fancy, but both not working. One is disconnected from the Bluetooth keyboard and the other is logged out (apparently the username and password given on the board are incorrect). 3. I
