Awful place, moldy rooms, you have to tell them you want your deposit to get it back, they charged everyone who had contracts during covid even tho no one lived there. When I lived there the heater broke and they would just come in rest it and leave and it would break again within 24 hours. never fixed after many maintenance requests Do not go here find somewhere else

I couldn't recommend this place less. It's been two weeks since my wife and I moved in and we've had nothing but problems. The new management is useless, they're just a couple of young students who sit around in the office all day, don't answer their phones, and get nothing done, and refuse to claim responsibility for their actions.
When we moved… in, our apartment was filthy, smelled terrible, had switch plates and other things missing. Our gas wasn't turned on for five days, despite multiple maintenance requests. We didn't receive a mail key for two weeks, they claimed they had to order

Some of my friends live at Aspen Villages and they often complain about the quality of living, kitchen, and bathroom space especially for the cost. I would seriously check out Bountiful Place Apartments over Aspen Village. At Bountiful Place you'll pay close to the same price as at Aspen but also get so much more for what you pay. We have 2 bath, 3 sink, 3 bed, and a fairly big living/ kitchen space.

I would never recommend this place. It sucks. Small and no lights on the ceiling. They just provide you a lamp that is super yellow. It is so depressing to live in here cause there is no bright light. And it smells like a dog. There is dog's fur everywhere. This is the worse. They said it's renovated, but in '2016' :)

I have been staying at Aspen for the past two semesters. You can't beat the location and prices! And parking is free! Management is awesome. They are always so kind and willing to help with anything. Yes, the complex is older, but if you have any problems, maintenance has always been quick to fix them.
