Heydi's coaching program focuses on the Four Pillars of Wellness: Sleep, Hydration, Exercise, & Nutrition. Your coaching program includes an amazing fitness program, a sleep & hydration support system, and a nutrition plan all designed to get you fit and healthy! Whether you walk, run, cycle, lift weights, dance, kickbox, or do yoga, exercise is a key component of a healthy lifestyle.

Exercise is only part of the equation. Making sure your body gets what it needs to recover & thrive is just as, if not more, important. Water, water, water! Flush out toxins, reduce unwanted symptoms of dehydration, & curb hunger pangs by doing this one thing. I'm a teacher at heart. I love to encourage independence so my clients can continue to manage their own workouts wherever they may find themselves.

Heydi's journey in the health and fitness industry began as a Group Fitness Instructor 10 years ago. Her certifications include the following specialties: TRX - suspension training, Schwinn indoor cycling, Les Mills Body Pump, Zumba - dance fitness, Beach Body - Turbo Kickboxing and RYT 200 Yoga. Heydi's passion to help her students become a healthier version of themselves was the motivating factor for her to get certified as a personal trainer.

With over 10 years of private training experience, Heydi can help you get into shape, reduce body fat, increase core strength, and make a total lifestyle change. Each Personal Training session strives to get the maximum benefit out of the time you put in.
Heydi is a professional and master in teaching various forms of Yoga. If you are a beginner of Yoga, it can sometimes be difficult to decide which type of Yoga session is right for you. There are a few styles of Yoga to choose from and understanding the differences between them can help you to make a decision.
Our wellness coaching approach is not "one size fits all". Each client receives an in-depth assessment to determine individual needs and/or areas of concern. This assessment is then used to formulate a customized fitness program. Our main objective is to educate our clients on the fundamentals habits of health which will help them achieve optimal health.

Heydi is an excellent trainer and she does her job well and is very professional. I have definitely seen changes in me since she began to train me. I totally recommend her.

Wow, Believe2BFit is the best. Heydi bases the workouts on what you need and then steps it up just enough to get you out of your comfort zone - pushing enough to get results you need. She mixes cardio, weights, stretching, knows your challenges and works around them. Highly recommend Heydi - if you want someone knowledgeable, fun but gives a challenging workouts. Have a blast as you workout with her!

I have been working out under the direction of Heydi for some years. Heydi has been instrumental in helping me to stay fit.
