MGL Training
MGL Training offers dynamic workouts for 1-on-1 training, couples training, and group training. Sessions are 1-hour in length with a variety of exercises to keep you engaged, challenged, and to correctly balance the muscle groups being exercised from session to session. Fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced joint mobility, cardio health, core strength, and posture correction are just some of the benefits you will gain through MGL Training Sessions!

No matter your age, MGL Training gives you the encouragement and skills to live an active, mobile life! Body Composition Analysis is conducted monthly to track progress! MGL Athletic Training sessions are offered for ages 7+ for athletes of any sport or beginners! This training is specialized to equip athletes with agility, stamina, and power.
Services
MGL Training offers private training sessions for any client category. One-hour sessions are a standard with MGL Training to give you proper warm-up and cool-down time. Monthly body composition analysis is taken for accountability and assessing your progress. Train with friends and family. MGL Training can also pair you with other clients for a fun and challenging training experience.
High intensity routines to open up your joints & strengthen your muscles to move freely and tone the body!. Our body is design for movement. Sitting or lying down for too long increases your risk of chronic health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Too much sitting can also be bad for your mental health.
MGL Training has a One-of-a-kind, high-intensity strength and conditioning workout to stimulate maximum muscle growth!. More strength is more muscle. The heavier the weights you lift, the stronger your body becomes, and the bigger your muscles grow. Your muscles increase in size so they can lift heavier weights.
MGL Training provides training programs for individual athletes as well as entire teams. All training is tailored to fit the individual needs and goals of the athletes. The same attention to detail and methods of training for our professional athletes is implemented with all our athletes. Building relationships is very important to us and we are in it for the long haul.
I'm so thankful and grateful to Muri for pushing me outside my comfort zone. I thought I could push myself after getting out of the military but I wasn't getting any results. MGL Training intensified my workout and I also greatly improved with general mobility. I can literally feel the difference in my everyday life and it is so worth it!

Great facility!! Very professional. Brought my 8 year old about 4-5 months ago for his first class and the improvement he has achieved from day one to now is really impresive. Coach Muri really does a great job with the kids, very knowledgeable with his work. We will definitely come in to MGL as we have an athlete

MGL has been amazing! I waited a month to write this review so I could get a good feel for the experience before I made my post. In that month I have lost 8 pounds and feel better than I have in probably the last 5 years. Grant has been very informative especially for someone that doesn’t have a lot of experience when it comes to lifting weights. They even offer help with nutrition to help you stay on track and reach your goals.

I train with Tanner and he is great…He pushes me to do things I would have never done on my own. The gym is always neat and clean. I am 3 weeks in and I already see a big difference. I could not have found a better training facility.

Almost done with my first month of training. So far I’m extremely happy with the staff and their knowledge and attention to detail. We have progressed nicely these past 4 weeks and I feel that my weaknesses are being addressed as well as working on the functional movements to aid me in my recovery and rehab.
I chose this facility based off my research and feeling that they were most qualified when it comes to athlete specific training. They are not cookie cutter, here is the same plan for each individual. I feel that they listen to your needs and goals and will taylor a plan that can also be

My son has been working out at MGL for the about month, and it is amazing how much his strength and agility has improved in such a short amount of time! Muri is an amazing trainer!!! He breaks down the exercises that my son has problems with until he has the right technique and correct foot work. MGL Training is the best training your child could ever receive!

Omg! If you want to take your workouts to another level, start from scratch, or just increase your skill and strength level this group of trainers have your answer. Extremely professional and excellent at training all individuals no matter fitness level including your kids who are young athletes or not. Muri and his group have taken not only my fitness level and strength to another level, I’ve watched my kids become much more agile athletes all while enjoying their workouts.
