Nourish BodyMind Soul LLC is an inclusive yoga and movement studio that welcomes and celebrates each individual's abilities and experiences. We are dedicated to fostering acceptance, compassion and loving-kindness for oneself and all living beings. We teach the 8-fold path of Yoga as outlined by Patanjali's Sutras in hopes of creating an authentic, mindful and non-appropriative Practice.

We clearly see our role in social justice as we seek to disrupt harm by promoting diversity in our yoga community with our UNITY Teacher Training Fund. We offer annual women's retreats because we believe that women healing can heal the world.
Services
To ensure the safety of our students and following the CDC Guidelines, we practice "masks in motion." When you enter or move around the studio, masks will be required. Masks are not required once you arrive on your mat, socially distanced. We know. No one likes masks, but this is a way that we can disrupt harm (ahimsa) and protect those most vulnerable.
We believe everyone should feel confident moving their body and our instructors are committed to making all students feel welcome and at ease. These descriptions offer a idea of what to expect in a class, but allow for the possibility to be pleasantly surprised. Barre is a workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga asana and pilates.
A transformational process that combines a 2-step breathing technique with music to create an experience of healing. Move stagnant energy. Cleanse and nourish the body. Focus the mind. Awaken your spirit. A session is approximately 45 minutes to one hour long. We begin by going over the process and setting an intention.
A dancer since childhood, Sophie has a unique history in performing arts. She has a 9 year career in professional bellydance throughout the Northeast, performing with various troupes as performer, co-leader and leader. Trained primarily in Fusion Bellydance, she also trained in American Tribal Style, and Egyptian Cabaret.
Chelsea completed her 200 hr training through the Yoga Life institute in 2019. As well as a 25hr Yoga Trapeze certification through YOGABODY. Chelsea likes the simple things in life and wants you to create space to enjoy the little parts of your practice that you may not always pay attention to. Through these little practices we can create a space for mindfulness and gratitude.

I've never seen a yoga studio as a home until I went to Nourish.
Lanta is an amazing teacher and business owner, bringing so much light into not only my practice, but to the entire yoga community. She also has incredible instructors! Specifically Chelsea, between her Strength and Sculpt and Yoga Body Trapeze, I always look forward to heading to class!
