Fantastic studio! This was the most comfortable and inviting venue I have been to for Yoga. The room has an amazing ambiance, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and the people who attend are exceptionally friendly.
I wish I could bring this studio everywhere I go. Prices are very reasonable and the studio has lots of room to spread out and follow social distancing recommendations.
100% recommend and will return!

I’ve lived in Rochester for a long time and I’ve always felt that it was missing a yoga studio. I finally decided to try Bending Bodhi and I have been thoroughly enjoying the $30 for 30 days new student special. The early morning flow 6:30 classes and power classes have been my favorite so far. They offer a great variety of styles and speeds so there’s a class for everyone. The space is beautiful and really facilitates a calming environment.

It’s not often that one can find such a welcoming and professional yoga class where joyful progress can unfold. Since having begun yoga my joint pain as well as muscle tone have improved immensely but more importantly, my busy mind has quietly calmed down inside as well as outside the yoga class. I highly recommend it for all ages and abilities. If you think that you’re too busy to do it then all the more you could benefit!

Bending Bodhi offers a spacious and welcoming yoga studio. The owner Heather and all the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and supportive. They promote accepting what your body allows you to do because all bodies are different and doing poses in the way your body allows is the perfect way for you. I remember Heather saying in Yoga 101 (beginner series), "If you wouldn't shout out to me what you are saying to yourself, don't say it to yourself." That has stayed with me in my life off the mat, as well. Through yoga and Bending Bodhi, my physical and mental health have improved.

Moved to Dover in the spring from the west coast and was delighted to find this studio! Beautiful space to practice, high ceilings, lots of light and space, friendly, real community vibe and truly outstanding teachers. One of the best overall studio experiences I have ever had. They really know how to do it right! Thank you Bending Bodhi!

I’ve been practicing at Bending Bodhi for 2 months now, and I absolutely love the community, the space, and the instructors. I especially love the gentle flow, slow flow and restore, and flow and release classes. I feel so much stronger inside and out since starting my practice. This place is magical!

I had my first yoga experience last night. The beginners workshop is brilliant! Everyone is so welcoming and focused on their own journey, but clearly supportive of yours as well. There was not one moment that I felt out of place or uncomfortable. Heather is a dream. Her voice is so soothing. The space is so warm and peaceful. I’m smitten 💜

I have a background in fitness (over 20 years in the industry)...but it wasn't until I found bending bodhi (actually two of my friends found it first).....I truly found my happy place. Everyone here is amazing. They are giving, and loving humans who share their passion for yoga. I think I could search the world over, and not find a yoga… community that even comes close to it. Yoga wasn't my passion until the last few years. I've found it here, and am happy to say, I'll be doing my 200 hour there starting in January with the wonderful Heather as my instructor. I can't wait....❤️

I started with the 6 week beginner yoga series this past winter and I was blown away. I found a super supportive studio that has helped me grow so much over the past few months. All the teachers and classes are unique, so you can find exactly what you need in your practice. This community has really helped me embrace myself again and live healthy. Take advantage of the variety of membership levels for your lifestyle and budget :)

I've taken a lot of all-levels yoga classes through the years at a lot of different places, but there's something really special about Bending Bodhi. The Yoga 101 series is great for beginners, but it's also a really great check-in for people who have been doing yoga for years and never got a proper introduction to it. Heather does a fantastic job of explaining each position and and breaking them down to help each student figure out how to do them correctly. She places a heavy emphasis on the differences in people's bodies and that two people both doing a pose perfectly might look completely different

New in town, looking for a yoga studio within walking distance from my house, I found Bending Bodhi. They opened around the same time I moved to Dover. I've taken with four or five teachers so far, each one has their own style, and even when the classes are simple, they are well thought out and challenging and the teachers all allow people in the class to make adjustments to their practice (both easier or harder poses) without making a fuss, which I find very refreshing.
The teachers are all knowledgeable, many of them great with adjustments, and, also important, the vibe at the studio is
