I was I was delighted to speak on the phone with the property manager. I guess I'm an old lady and realize that social media is not for those concerns I had about the workers. Yep, this year has made me appreciate Frontline workers more than ever. The manager was eager to hear what I had to say. As for the apartment, wish I could say something more positive. The only reason I could think of would be to have the turtle creek Address. It was a lot cheaper then our current residence. When it comes to apartments, you get what you pay for. Again, the business manager is awesome and Empathetic

Radius is a great place to reside! The residents make up a great and friendly community. The staff and maintenance employees go above and beyond to address and correct any issues that arise. I am happy to call this complex home!

Love the floor plan, but I live below elephants and my downstairs neighbor has already made the trek up to my place to tell me she couldn’t hear her own tv. Well turn it up Karen! You live in an apartment building from 2007 with thin floors, if you don’t like it, buy a house. Logan Nichols at The Standard is more than willing to relocate you.

The office team seem to be on top of things and communicate plenty to residents. Unit has ample storage, however the walls are paper thin. You hear your neighbors in the bedroom, restroom, every step across their unit. It’s a good value for the price, but there’s better for about +$200 more a month in the neighborhood

I toured this place and Steven was a wonderful agent! The manager Megan seems really great too. Everything about this place is quality except the dog park which is a shame for dog owners. The competition definitely wins in that category. Sometimes doggies need off leash time that walking on the street can't give them.
The bark park at Radius is a combination of astro-turf, concrete drains and stone creating a barrier but bigger dogs can easily jump out of it as the barrier is low and broken in parts. The astro-turf is drenched in dog pee and needs to be rinsed or cleaned regularly. It's SO under

I love the place and area! It’s well maintained and the management team has been wonderful.
I just hope they invest a bit more in giving the dog park some upgrades. That would make it an absolutely perfect place.

This really is an excellent value. It's in a super safe area, with great trees and excellent jogging/walking. And just a quick drive to the great attractions of Uptown! It's also about $200-$400 below the price of other places in this area.

I have had such a positive experience living at the Radius at Turtle Creek! Everyone in the leasing office is so kind and helpful, and the property is great. The maintenance staff has always been quick to respond on any maintenance issues...overall I would give this property 5/5! For the location, the proximity to shops and restaurants, and the fact that you'll be in a newly remodeled unit, the price just can't be beat. I have even recommended several co-workers to live in this building and they have all been equally impressed. If it weren't for the fact that I'll be re-locating cities at the end

The Radius on Turtle Creek

I'm a longtime resident of this property and have called it home for many years. The floor plans are unique and many are quite spacious, not the cookie cutter floor plans you see in most apartments recently built in the same area.

Most, if not all apartments have been updated this past year, with new appliances, granite countertops and flooring.

The Radius on Turtle Creek is centrally located and convenient to shopping, dining and the Oak Lawn nightlife!

The staff are what really separate this community from the rest. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always

I've lived here for about 7 months and the staff is awesome. They are always helpful, any maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately, and they really just make it feel like a tight knit community.

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but I really liked the apartment and location so I took a chance. I am so glad I did. I've not had any issues, except a noisy neighbor (once) but managment took care of it. I've met some great people at the pool and really enjoyed the food trucks! Very happy here.

I went to check these apartments out yesterday. The look great and the male leasing agent was very sweet. The unit looked very nice with new finishes. However we did not like the A3 unit with the fireplace and niche.

I've tried calling about 20 times today because I have more questions about the units. The line either disconnects or continuously rings. No answer. This makes me not want to lease here because what if I was a resident? How could I ever get a hold of anyone?

Numbers I've tried: 214-516-7529, 214-520-8787, 469-522-2361.

For the love of god if you live at this property

Lincoln Apartments is the managing company....they are the WORST management company I've ever worked with. They have a TERRIBLE response time. You literally have to beg them to reply to your emails. I do not feel valued or heard as a resident.

The complex is nice and in a great location but management makes me not want to renew my lease.

This place has the worst management of any apartment complex in the city. I moved in when the building was owned/managed by Marquis and everything was fine. Pegasus/Radius bought the complex and things quickly went downhill. Phone calls and emails from residents are routinely ignored, residents are regularly lied to regarding construction/broken garage gate/broken mailboxes. Increases were made to everyone's (already-in-place) lease but were never explained. Pegasus is a very unethical company and clearly bit off more than it could chew attempting to manage this property.

Went today for a second time. The first visit was a bust because the leasing manager was out and she had a corporate guy from Atlanta to fill her spot. He was a complete waste of time filling my ear with a lot of sales jargon that I knew was BS. Today.. I went in asking about a one bedroom. The property is undergoing renovation..they have prices listed online. Ok.. I'm thinking the prices listed are for renovated units.. nOPE.. Not the case.. The prices listed online are for the "classic" units as the refer to them.. Yup.. So.. That means this bldg will be in renovation for at least

Marquis at Cedar Springs is a place to call home. The environment is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance team are incredibly kind and helpful. They will work with you to find you the right home at the right price. The pool is very well-kept. The gym is large with excellent equipment. As any apartment complex, you will hear some neighbors, but very seldom. The complex is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, major highways, and in the heart of uptown. I would highly recommend Marquis at Cedar Springs to anyone looking for a beautiful

They are renovating units with wood flooring in a building that was not designed for it. It is extremely loud for anyone under those units.

Also, the entirety of the building that faces Wellborn Street has to tolerate the VERY loud music from a club across the street (which they blast from speakers outside, not inside the club) and even worse very poorly behaved patrons who honk their car horns loudly at each other at 2AM every weekend night.

UPDATE: Note that the response below to my original post from management misses the point entirely. I was saying that their renovations are worsening

I couldn't have found a better place to live. I found a home not just an apartment community. The location is phenominal; I walk to everything I need or want. Freeways are all within easy reach. I can walk the beautiful Katy Trail and I am so grateful it's conveniently located close by. The complex is filled with friendly neighbors who watch out for one another. There is ample parking too. And to top it off the experience, I couldn't ask for better people to work with in the office! It's a prime community and location for the price, amenities and services. I recommend this community

The front office was newly redone and looked lovely! Stephanie was the one I spoke with and she was very helpful and showed me all my different options. Seems like a great place to live and location is quite but not too quite.

I lived at the complex for about 4 years within the "A3" and "B2" floor plans, and really liked it and would have stayed longer if the rent didn't keep increasing exponentially each year- it had gotten to the point where I could move into a new construction property at the same price or slightly less (which I did).

I can say that at the Marquis, the staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating and the resident events they put on on a monthly basis are always fun- especially anything they put on that involves complimentary beer, wine and food...

Its definitely

I've lived here for almost a year with my roommate. The staff is great and very accommodating, always helpful with anything I needed. Nice roomy apartments, pet friendly and fun events. A short ride or walk from uptown and right around the corner from several parks and restaurants! The only issue we've ever had was with our fireplace that seems to break every time it gets fixed, which seems more like a manufacturing error than the apartment's fault.

Beware!!! Worse year of my life. Many apartments have cheap wood floors. If you are the unfortunate person living below one of those apartments, you will swear there is a bowling alley above you. And the gym... If they show an apartment near it, run! The noise is terrible.

Lived here for just over 5 months now. Top floor. View of downtown over the treetops. Very convenient location. Ample parking in garage. Super-friendly and attentive staff. Great maintenance. Seems to be well-insulated as I never hear noise from neighbors. You do hear foot-traffic and conversations in the hallway from passers-by, but not a big issue. Well-maintained and managed. Frequent catered resident socials. Highly recommended.
