Low pay, long hours. Prob should change the management once again. Hopefully I get my deposit back. I’m posting this review so they can take a look and for them to remember to send me my deposit (I wrote new address down for them). Moved out Dec 1; expecting it Feb 1. WILL GO BACK if not sent by then……

This place is DISGUSTING. My daughter, her friend and her children ages 1 and 3 at the time) moved in 12/30/20. That weekend we discovered the heat wasn’t actually working.(only the fan was blowing, which would drive up a utility bill with no heat). The kitchen cabinets interior wood was sagging. The interior walls had the worst job of “mudding.” I could have done better. The toilet in the children’s bedroom started clogging when the rain started that evening. This is the most ridiculous apartment I have ever had to deal with in my life. I applied back a few months ago. It was a week before moving in and they moved my move in day back a week. And now they want to move it a month further. I canceled the whole thing and won't even refund the application fee. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. Absolutely terrible service. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY CALLS or EMAILS. I called a bunch of times and sent many emails and never got a response to anything. They are literally ignoring all types of communication. They only call to move your move in day

There's been mold under the bedroom closet carpet for months. New manager made many promises the first time but didn't follow. AC breaks every 2 weeks. Summer was a nightmare. Carpet was never replaced since almost a year ago when we signed the lease. With the heat .AC almost always broken. the carpet smells so much it's unbearable all the time. They always close our maintenance requests without actually fixing anything. We also have broken doors and sinks that don't drain. BEWARE!!! They took our application money and approved us to move in. 6 weeks later they told us we were NOT approved and our application was denied. They would not answer phone calls or email messages to explain why. They left us hanging without a place to move into. They are dishonest, unethical, and probably criminal as well.
I’d also leave no stars if that was possible. They rarely answer their phones. They don’t return voice messages, and they rarely respond to email messages.

Update 2: The garbage situation has been remedied. My most recent package pick up was efficient.

Residents pay a fee for daily valet garbage service. The garbage is not picked up with any regularity. The flies and smell from the piles of garbage left to rot in the breezeways is overwhelming. Here are some recommendations:
Schedule more visits from pest control and include the breezeway.
Pick up the garbage, or stop charging residents for a service that isn't being provided.
If packages are accepted from the US Mail for
