Rental Requirements***We understand that every ones circumstances is different. In some instances, we may be able to work with you, even if your qualifications falls "outside the box". Verifiable Income: Pay-stubs, bank statements, child support, social security distribution letter, etc.
Positive rental history for the past 2 years, (no more than 3 late payments in the past 1 year), no negative feedback from landlord - Back end debt-to-income ratio of 50% or less.
