Working nurse here, lived in one of their rentals in Horn lake for 2 years, bought a home and paid off my debt, but they refused to take the balance off my credit report and refused to present proof of 1200 dollars worth of painting damage. I need answers and solutions. Oh and the maintenance man hated to call him for anything because he would bring this sarcastic energy in my space that i pay monthly for, that i didnt like. Do better stop abusing power and throwing people under the bus just because you think you can. I will be looking further into this matter.

Muddy Waters Realty is the best places I ever rented a house from...Aiyana Mills who works at the office is very helpful, friendly, patient, & knowledgeable...she went beyond to help me with whatever issue I had...SHE DESERVES A PAY RAISE...if I ever move back to the Southaven,MS area from Las Vegas,NV ..I will mostly definitely give them a call to see if anything is available

I just wanted say I have rented for Muddy Waters for 3 years and the staff up there is great. I've always received prompt responses for the few problems I've had and the maintenance team is great. There an awesome management company and they sell Realty and we look forward as we move forward in looking at buying a house with such a good team to look out for us.

Muddy Waters does an EXCELLENT job of managing my rental properties. Vacancies are typically filled within a couple of weeks through their professional website and extensive marketing efforts. I appreciate their detailed Owner’s Statement that I receive each month detailing all revenues and expenses of my portfolio. Two thumbs way up. You will not be disappointed with them!

My husband an I were interested in a house in Horn Lake,MS. We called and talked to a realtor, who informed us that the house was being renovated and in order to see the house we needed to fill out applications. We had looked at the 1 picture online and the house looked great so we didn’t really have any hesitation and went ahead with it. We paid $50 to fill out the application. The next day we received a message that we were approved and set up a time between 2-4pm to go see the house. We were given the lock box code and headed 45 minutes down to see the house. When we arrived we were in SHOCK

I been renting from muddy waters for bout a year now . I have had the best experience. Everytime there was a problem they came as soon as the could . The maintenance guy is awesome . Very kind. Customer service at the office has always been excellent.. I'm sad that i may have to leave from there company to find the house that meet my needs Now. But I would recommend them to anyone.
