Jeff Culhane started his academic career with Automotive Engineering. Then his world was turned upside down. He found out his mom had been diagnosed with breast cancer and his father had colon cancer. Which was then unbelievably followed shortly by a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Add on yet another softball sized tumor found shortly after.
Seeing his parents struggle with their health was an eye opener. It was at this point that Jeff realized health is the top priority in life and if you don't have that, you have nothing. So the passion for Automotive Engineering turned into a passion for human physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and all of the other aspects of Exercise Science.

I wanted to get in shape for summer and I had a bit of a short timeline to get down a size for a wedding. 8 weeks to fit into this super cute dress. I asked Jeff for help and he got me set up with a meal plan and workouts ASAP and I dropped 15 lbs and gained some muscle in the right areas! So happy I pulled the trigger and got to my goal!
With an unprecedented level of technology distracting the youth of today, kids have become less fit than ever before. This sets them up for increased risk of injury, lack of self esteem, less athleticism, even bullying. It's possible to improve all of these qualities that are absolutely imperative when trying to improve at a sport.
Food is a necessary part of life and shouldn't be demonized. Many suggestions, fads, and even governmental guidelines have been proven to be completely erroneous. This in turn has caused a nation of humans to still carb up and skip healthy fats. Which has us on trend to have over half the country type 2 diabetic by 2030.

Jeff is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

Jeff Culhane is a wonderful trainer. He's great at keeping things fun while still giving you an awesome workout. He helps with nutrition advice and fun ever changing workout routines to help you reach all of your goals. I wanted to be fit and build my endurance so I could play with my son. He helped me reach that and more. I no longer dread working out. I actually look forward to and get excited to continue to improve my health!
