I’ve lived here for about a year. The manager, Erika, is great. Dave the maintenance man, is awesome! Bella Terra is the best management and maintenance staff I’ve ever had. I’ve had to move around a lot in the past 6 years, so I have 6 other apartments in the metro area (Waukee, West Des Moines and Grimes) to compare this place. This complex is much better than any other so far. I usually get a very fast response to my messages. Repairs are done quick. The after-hours line picks up right away and gets things done right then. Management doesn’t bother you much with a lot of unnecessary

I loved the management here very friendly. However my air conditioner went out and it’s been out of 3 days. They gave me a portable air conditioner which tells the room temperature and it hasn’t made any area cool. The temperature in my house is 96 degrees.
I talked to management and I have asthma they have told me that heat isn’t a severe issue. I pay over 1,000 in rent to have the best. I am not the only one.
If I were you I would live other places that aren’t bella terra its plenty in the area.
Try Jordan Creek Cascade they’re awesome making things happen.

My coworker lives in these buildings and has not had too much priblems with her apartment. When she moved in and had a problem with her specific apartment, they were kind enough to give her an upgraded apartment until her current know was fixed to the point of her being able to live there. Sometimes loud with neighbors but spacious, open and well designed for such small Sqftage.
