Rent is cheap but there are a lot of issues with this place that really need to be fixed. For example the laundry room only has 3 working driers, and 4 working washers. It’s been this way for about 4 months with no fix. Trying to share 3 Driers and 4 washers with nearly 500 people living here is nearly impossible.

Been living here for about 3 months. Not a great experience. The light in our kitchen was out for a month before it was replaced. Hot water was out for two weeks. Our lock is currently broken; half of the time it doesn't open after you put the code in. You can expect maintenance responses to range between 2-4 weeks. Internet doesn't even work, I hotspot my mobile data to my computer to do work. They just raised rent and parking fees and included a mandatory internet fee for next year. Laundromat dryers don't dry your clothes; I have to hang them up afterwards - that is, if I can even find a working

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I got to my apartment and found out it was unlivable. I was patient with management but all of their promises to fix the problem weren’t fulfilled. I couldn’t even move into the apartment and waited for 2 months and the problem still wasn’t resolved. I tried contacting the management several times and they were extremely unhelpful. The main property manager even avoided me for weeks. I can tell you they do the absolute minimum and there’s a good chance you could get dealt an apartment with issues. They can then deny any fault and the only option is to take the loss or

First off, Katie the property manager is amazing! Randy and Waylon are also great. I have loved living here. The indoor pool is always so clean. Matt the shuttle driver is kind and always on time. Management is great. The new renovations are 10/10. I will say the negative reviews that are on this place must be from really dumb people. Highly recommend!

Management here is the best and super friendly! Great service! You pay really cheap rent! The clubhouse is cool! They have a nice hot tub and pool! A bed, desk, dresser and laundry mat is provided, only complaint is the lack of an exercise room, and sharing a fridge with 5 other people! But overall a good apartment for college students that are just starting out!

If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. The management here is absolutely horrendous and the communication between residents and the leasing office is disgusting. I, along with my present roommate have had very unpleasant interactions with the maintenance and the management of the leasing office. I have been over charged multiple times, the leasing office had also given me an eviction notice after paying rent and was then informed that they couldn't find the cash for my rent that month. They have also lost my roommates rent for one of the months and then magically found it. It is absolutely

Just moved out of here after a year. Not a bad place to live for student housing. $400 for rent is a fair price for this place. I had a shared room but if I lived here again i would pay more for the private. Not the best place but not the worst.
Positives were that the high speed wifi is included in the price, every unit comes with a nice TV, the parking pass is a one time fee, and the rent isn’t too expensive. Management was also very fast at responding to maintainence issues, usually the same day. The proximity to I-15 and University Pkwy was amazing, I will definetly miss the easy access

I lived at village on the parkway for a year and loved the location. The apartments are ok, not the best or nicest but they're alright. Management on the other had, is absolutely awful. We had to call to get Internet fixed a few times a week. Whenever we tried to talk to our landlord about any kind of problems we were having she acted like she didn't have time for us. She ended up changing us each $40 extra for utilities and lied to our faces about why she did that, why she only refunded the money to half of our roommates and put off giving the money back to us for days on end.
