Meirav Gavrielov at Peter Ashe was unresponsive and unprofessional. I was in the process of moving back to New York and had my mind set on a building (30 Park Place) and having had family who previously lived there, I simply wanted to gauge the size of the unit before submitting an application. I reached out to her a week in advance to schedule a showing, but she wasn't able to fit me in. We were able to make plans for the following Monday, but she no-showed and became completely unresponsive with follow-up emails and calls.

I recently moved to The Concorde (UES building) with Sam's help and could never be more happy! He took care of all my paperwork, VIP service! We recently moved into a new apartment with the help of Peter Ashe. We worked directly with Sam, a broker at Peter Ashe. Sam was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire application and move-in process. Our move-in procedure faced several challenges due to COVID restrictions, but Sam was continuously working with us, the Landlord, and the building unit to ensure that we were moved in the the home in a timely manner. We trusted Sam to get us into our new home and he delivered. I plan to ask for Sam's help for my future housing needs in NYC and would recommend him to others.
