Services
Corporate Apartments are approved with an extra deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Renters insurance is REQUIRED ($100K personal liability). Your policy must be provided at the time of move in. Water, Sewer, and Trash is paid by the resident to the office on the first of the month with rent. The flat rate charge is $85 for one person plus $5 per additional person.

I had lived in Windsor community for ten years .
I would like to complement the management and the staff on their professionalism, curtesy and warmth and kindness at the same time.
It’s not easy to achieve this kind of balance.
Any request that I had was addressed promptly and any repairs were completed in a timely fashion.
I would recommend this community to my family and friends without hesitation.

Very impressed by the staff and amenities at the Windsor. Plus, all interactions with other residents were friendly. It was by far the nicest apartment/townhome community I've ever lived in. Its proximity to the Bear Creek Greenbelt also cannot be beat. Perfect for walking the dog, running, reading a book on the water, and you get beautiful, unimpeded views of front range mountains to the west.

My wife recently moved to The Windsor after living in a small town in the country. We wanted to be closer to the city for work reasons and we were definitely feeling like we were going to miss the peace and beauty of countryside living. We were wrong. The property is gorgeous and meticulously kept. Also, The Windsor is adjacent to the Bear Creek Green Belt. We are definitely in the city with so much close by however it feels and looks like we're looking out at a Bob Ross painting. The property is super pet friendly and even has a dog park. I absolutely love living here and just signed another year lease. I love all my neighbors, and the staff are awesome. The gym, hot tub, and pool are wonderful ! Everything is always clean, maintenance responds quickly. I also love living on the green belt, it's beautiful. I highly recommend these apartments.

5 stars! Love living here since early 2k.The front & back office teams are amazing! Efficient/respectful/ professionally warm/quick to problem-solve & get things done. The front office sponsors all year-round activities for the residence in addition to HH's, Taco Tues & food drives to help the needy during the Holidays. Now to the really good… stuff, I love my Townhome Apartment. 😍 If you're looking for a home vs a boxed apartment building look no further come here; mature surrounding residential area, i.e trees parks besides the other in the gated community features

I don’t live here but i have a story to share and I hope you give this a read anyway. I lost my phone today (October 12) on a park bench at a nearby trail from these apartments and one of the residents who lives here turned it in to their leasing office! To say that my faith in humanity is restored is an understatement because wow sometimes I forget there’s good people out in this world. I’m writing this post for two reasons: I want to find the person who turned it in and give them a reward and just thank them! And two, because I wanna commend the leasing office for being so trustworthy,

We’ve been living at the Windsor’s since 4/2019 and absolutely love it. The office staff is great and the maintenance team is phenomenal. We had an issue with our heat going out overnight and woke up at 6am because of the cold. We called maintenance and they were not only at our apartment within 20 minutes, but they had it fixed before 730am. The grounds are beautiful and being in a gated community does give a bit of security. They are a little bit more money than apartments in the area. Wonderful grounds, excellent buildings, friendly and courteous staff. Having lived in several other places in Lakewood, this is certainly our favorite. It's beautiful, safe, and extremely well kept. We also appreciate that the pools do not open and close arbitrarily at Memorial Day and Labor Day, but open up as soon as it's warm enough (this year… it was mid-April) and stay open as long as possible (last year it was October, after the first snowfalls of the year). Everyone treats us very well. We also noticed right away that many of or neighbors have been here for years or even decades,

I loved the property.......but good luck working with the leasing department. They will take your money (return it) waste your time and theirs. Plus some are just plain rude and treat you like a number forget incompetent. They can't even read an emails directions. They used the example password in the email to try and open a password protected document oye
