I moved in one month ago, and every day continues to reaffirm my choice in apartments! I’m thrilled to live in this gorgeous community that is focused on cleanliness, safety and community (including fur babies!)
The buildings are high quality inside and out, the grounds are constantly maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive at all times. In all honesty I have not had the best experiences in the past, so I set the bar low before moving in, and I’m thrilled to say the bar has risen! I can’t imagine a better living space. I have a stunning view of Mt. Rainier, it’s close to walking

Make sure you don't live with roommates who you will never see again. Your deposit will be sent back to you in EVERYONES name. Not only do I no longer live in WA, but it's been difficult trying to get into contact with everyone.
They won't split the check up and send it to the addresses they received once we all move out.
I have to try and figure all this out, on my own, and I no longer live in WA.
Apparently they blamed it that corporate doesn't allow the check to be split. So please advise to me what I am supposed to do?!? Someone. Anyone!

This place is NIGHT AND DAY from our old apartment complex!
Beautiful grounds, spacious clean rooms, considerate and caring office staff. Plenty of parking, within walking distance of both major grocery stores and cute restaurants, as well as an amazing walking/hiking trail into the woods and around Lake Wilderness. Is it worth paying a little more than our old place? ABSOLUTELY.

We have lived at Monarch for about 5 months. We are truly enjoying our apartment during a transitional phase of our lives. We love being in a newer apartment complex with modern yet warm style, open floor plans, quality grounds and landscaping maintenance and friendly office staff. We appreciate all the efforts to keep the site pleasing to the eye, especially when it becomes clear that residents are not following guidelines. We have also made use of the new storage facility on site which is so convenient. We frequent the fitness center which has everything we need!

To start off with the apartments are brand new. The modern design inside the units are very clean and welcoming with nice views. As well the property itself is very well taken care of. The complex is very close to stores in the area which is really convenient. If you have children there is schooling down the street. They offer garages and have a storage facility onsite. Overall I've had a great experience living here the office and maintenance staff are very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend renting here!!.

I lived in 4 other apartments before moving to Monarch, I'd have to say this is the best. The staff, especially Malesah, are all really friendly and helpful. They respond to questions quickly. The units are all very nice and the grounds are very well maintained. Be cautious renting a top floor unit as the heat doesn't insulate well due to the vaulted ceilings, pretty but definitely cold in the winters. The amenities are well maintained and I love that the gym is 24 hours for convenient access. As for prices, you get what you pay for. It's new, it's modern, you have a pool/spa/gym, it's walking

We have lived her for over a year and absolutely love it. The apartments are brand new and beautiful. We are starting to outgrow our one bedroom + den but we plan to stay here for a long time and possibly upgrade to a 3 bedroom.
We like that there is an amazon hub for packages, a fitness center and a great pool area for the warmer months.
Everything we need is so close by. There is even a storage locker on site. We also appreciate the restaurants that are walking distance from our apartment.

This is the worse place to live. I am so glad I am moving out! Everything is wrong with this place. The management are so rude and not helpful at all. The water is gross it's no drinkable. The topper is that you can't put up curtains or have things on you walls inside if they can see them from the outside. So they are telling residents that they will be fined 25.00 if they find anything on the inside they can see ( and if you are not conforming to how your balcony should look like. It's the worse place I wouldn't recommend anyone to move on here. It's not comfortable or

Lived here for one year, the first year the property was built. I will say it's a beautiful modern property, very nice appliances. Office staff were always polite and helpful. Maintenance always fixed any issues I had immediately. Online payments were very convenient. I loved the Amazon Hub lockers provided next to the mailboxes. I like that I had access to the gym 24 hours a day, that was a plus. A few cons in my opinion would be the large windows along with the hardwood floors. During the colder seasons it's almost impossible to get the unit over 65 degrees. Forcing your energy bill

I moved into these apartments in August of last year since day one I have had nothing but problems with them. Upon my move-in day they show me my apartment but failed to mention that it was an advance disability apartment. Which means everything was low to the ground. After realizing this they were able to move me to a different apartment on the second level but my rent went up. I was also informed that the gym was going to be available for using on a certain day but when that day came they pushed it back almost 2 1/2 weeks.
