Maintenance was awesome! I called on short notice and they were there within 20 minutes and completing the task with great enthusiasm, no complaints, and it was done very thoroughly. I absolutely have loved living here the past two years. I moved to Lansing knowing NO ONE. I was so scared - had no idea where to live.

I stayed here back in 2016 when I was in college, a few months ago I was told that woodbrook missed a payment from us and wants 700$..... 5 years later. I wouldn't even have the paperwork to prove that we did pay our bills by this point which probably helps their scheme significantly. What a joke, if you choose to stay here hopefully you don't end up with a mystery bill 5 years down the line.

My husband and I lived in Woodbrook Village for 4 years. We had a good experience as much as you can with apartment living. Our neighbors were usually quiet and respectful. The office staff was always very nice and easy to work with (thank you for not getting upset when we had so many packages being delivered due to our wedding!) The maintenance crew was always fast (they even came Christmas Eve night one year because we had no heat)! The grounds we're kept very clean. We loved the building but moved because of the area. The office staff are so friendly and accommodating. If you need anything they are always helpful! The apartments are beautiful as is the entire village. Taylor in the office is the sweetest girl! She really knows her stuff. All I have to do is walk in and she knows my by name and what apartment number I live in. It’s a very personal service and it’s exceptional!

Woodbrook Village is great. The apartments are modern and well-kept, the complex is located right on the 15 bus line, and there’s tons of shopping and dining to both the north and south. Both downtown Lansing and the MSU campus are very accessible from here. The leasing and maintenance staff are fantastic and really responsive. The complex even has a fitness center and pool. Highly recommended.

I love living at Madison Apartments. The rooms are huge and you get a great value for your rent. Super cute and surprisingly quiet apartments in a safe area. Staff (in building/at the office/or on the grounds) are all incredibly friendly and responsive due to it being a smaller community (of which most of them live in). Would definitely recommend!

I have been living in Woodbrook Village Apartments now for about 10 months. One of my favorite things about living here is the Leasing Office. The staff is super friendly and always inviting. I really appreciate that Kory greets me by name and remembers small details about conversations that happen months ago. The leasing office, Kory specifically, is the reason I decided to renew another year here.
