I been living here for 4 months now and this is absolutely the worst managed apartments I have ever lived in. Only move here if you have no where else to go. Oh and we had a sewage back up for about a month they half fixed it it’s still a leak in the back apartments. Also water bills are insane $100 a month

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. the ladies were very attentive and they really help you to stay and be welcomed. I arrived at 5:58pm the office closes at 6, the manager MS. Enny Quiroz stayed and still helped me with my application with no rush and hesitation. the property is clean and quiet. I'm more than excited to know such place. thank you ladies for making me feel like an actual person you care for!!

If you are looking for a nice little hideaway retreat, look no further. Timber Canyon is a perfect little place to call home. The location is close to shopping, dining, parks and entertainment. It is a friendly little neighborhood to live in. If you are not used to apartment living, it can be an adjustment, but keep an open mind. Life is an adventure! If you are used to apartment living, you will feel right at home.
The apartment complex was built in 1982 so you are going to get that 80’s style feel with some new renovations and upgrades. Plenty of space. The ladies in the office are amazing

I been looking for an affordable place to move in to I been to a couple of different places and most of them been rude but whenever I went here I felt welcomed and Enny and emily were very helpful they answered all my questions and helped me with my application from start to finish I’m very happy I found this place

I’m sorry I know management is trying their best but this place has way too many problems for their lease to be this high. I only have a three month lease and I’ve had way too many problems to count so I don’t recommend any one move in for longer than 6 months it will drive you mad. The plumbing is terrible the sewage is broken in the parking lot so there is feces and toilet paper in the parking lot. It was underneath someone’s car. It’s disgusting that people have to live like this. A lot things didn’t work in the apartment the first week we got it. For the price the residents are

I truly don’t enjoy living here. Is quiet and the customer service is great. I have no pest issues and maintenance responds quick. I’m now transferring to a bigger unit and I’m impressed on how nice the renovated units are. Ms. Enny Quiroz has even helped with my change of address. She truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!
